Can annyone show me a tutorial or explain how to edit gifs?
I Mean for example this one

How to color only some parts of the gif and leave some black&white?

umm preety sure you have to select the colour itself and apply it

By using color balance and layer style option you can easily manipulate the colors in any gif or video or image
