Text is bad, render isn't blended, it's overall monotoned, the box that looks out of place/meh, && the way you placed/sized the render looks back, as it's hard to tell what's going on.

The render isn't in need of blending, I purposely set that side of the sig that dark to highlight the glow of the flames.. .-.

Yes it is. It looks like you took a premade background and slapped a random ass render on top of it. Honestly, the color schemes aren't even really all that similar.

I blended 3 PNG's to create the background, I just altered the opacity and focused on the visible parts. Everyone has their opinions.
