I have question about Ghost in shell 1 gig.

This anime have good plot or only series where every series is new problems and every time they fix or they have something big they need half or more series to solve problem ?

And how you would rate plot ?

I already saw 3 series and one movie and its kinda owesome. But i would like to see one big enemy not random bad ass guys.
