PS: I'd advise not using such a bright text color in the future, it's harder to read!

I'll give it a go, not sure whether I can add the rain but I'll see what I can do
Edit: I was able to resize/retouch it some, but in order to make it fit the 600x300 limit, I had to crop it some. When I resized it without cropping it smushed him and made him chunky lol. I wasn't able to add the rain, but here's the link anyways and if someone else wants to try and add rain they are more than welcome

no doubt, when I loaded the pic the backround was transparent like your original pic, but after I cropped and resized it turned the back round black. I've never had that happen but I just started messing with it a few weeks ago

Its called infraview, its more of a photo retouch program than photoshop
