Okay.
I'm so sorry about that, I usually subscribe to threads but sometimes I miss one. >.>
Today, you are going to learn one of my favorite elements.
Let's begin by you describing what YOU think Lightning is.

ok ok here goesU_U in my opinion....
Lightning is precise and accurate and reminds me of the word Zing!. Lightning can strike anytime and can kill in contact and i think you would have to concentrate a lightning based attack when using it because lightning is hard to control and its a focused attack. Lightning based attacks can paralyze and at the same time give u sufficient damage to kill you or wound u heavily.If i had lightning and had the ability to use it in reality once i would be wielding it id probably get a tingly sensation and and go crazy!!!!!.
I would describe lightning as quick, Accurate, Deadly and beautiful and also the most dangerous out of the 5 elements because of its sheer power and ability to cut through someone with ease like a blade.

Wind chakra is smooth, yet sharp, but lightning itself is wild and violent.
I form a few handseals and it starts raining.
Gather up a bit of that water into your hands.

whoa wait what water r u talking about? do u mean like the water from my hand and u grab my hand and insert some lightning chakra and i tell u how i feel?....

ah ok
i feel something inside my body like as if someone is shocking me from the inside and i began to shake a little because of the lightning touching the water increasing the pain. My mind began's to blur and i cant think straight because of the pain and i began to move my hand away from the outlet. i would have moved it immediately but because of the pain i couldnt think straight and it took me awhile then i moved my hand away. i felt like i was being poked everywhere continuously and after i move my hands i catch my breath.

The first few D-Rank jutsus we will be learning are largely defensive, however. Actually, lightning can go through ground, and you'll learn that it is Earth's weakness. Controlled properly, lightning can destroy rocks and hard earth walls.
Furthermore, lightning also has its weaknesses. Wind can easily destroy due its wide area of effect and how it can easily scatter lightning.
Never forget how useful Lightning is. I will be going over it once more when we are near completion of your training.
Now that you have learned the basics of Raiton chakra, put your hand into the water and focus your chakra into your hand to send small statics of electricity throughout the water. Remember the experience I dealt you before.

If i insert my Raiton Chakra in the water would that mean i get shocked because the water touched lightning and my hand was in the water or did i combine the lightning with the water?

It'll be hard at first to control it properly, but because the lightning is made of your own chakra, it should not necessarily hurt you.
Try to maintain stability over it so it won't spin out of control when you let go.
Okay, now let's try something more defensive.
As I send my Wind Chakra throughout the puddle, I would like you to try and defend yourself against it (as it would be naturally be more powerful than your own chakra) with your lightning chakra. Create just enough static to defend yourself

It's really weak Wind Chakra, so it won't do much, but yes, it would pressure the water a bit.
Because lightning is weak to wind, wind would usually overcome lightning. It's important to keep this in mind whenever using a lightning jutsu. Most Wind jutsus can spread out the lightning and render it useless.
Now, using the exact same way you focused your Raiton earlier, I want you to generate a pool of it into your hand. Then, when you believe you have stored enough chakra, slam the ground with your hand and release the chakra through it towards my feet. Remember to maintain steady control as you do so.

*I focus a small amount of my Raiton chakra and channel it towards my right hand, i then gather some more Raiton chakra in my hand and once i have gathered enough Raiton chakra i slam the ground with my right hand and release my chakra and aim it towards your feet while doing this i maintain a steady control of the the Raiton chakra and do my best to make sure it is aimed at ur feet*

well id say that once the bolts of lightning touch your feet you will be paralyzed and also damaged a little because of the amount i used and while u are paralyzed i would take advantage of this by using an offensive jutsu to strike u down or use a water jutsu and once ur hit with it it would have extra damage because of the lightning. I could use a genjutsu which hurts u physically and mentally to bring more pain.

This jutsu is short to mid range and is pretty quick, so you can use it easily.

is it cause water conducts electricity.. ok no google lemme try again umm lets see like you said about the electrical outlet if water is on it it will react and shock the person who ever is touching it if they have wet hands so water and lightning mix the same thing happens and it gets more destructive?
