Angel would start to take an more hearty approach going 11o percent to the regime he would perform as though he didnt have the weights attached but this was in vain with every kick and punch he body would hurt and muscles ache putting an enormous strain, left, right, left, spinning sidekick. Angel would amp his training up even though the weights would drain and slow him down, he would try sprinting the laps instead of the light pace he took around the field before he would of completed 5 laps to his 1 before. showing his determination and guts. Dripping head to toe in sweat he would complete his 50 lap of the field after a multitude of hours would pass by.
His form and pace would slow but not to a jog he would now try jumping afar but build to the ground quickly he would continue this heading back to his sensei getting more airtime and momentum with each jump.
