Getting shocked with Korra

What I know about lightnings strengths is that it can be combined with water creating a more powerful attack. Also its strong against earth because the lightning will cut through it.
It is weak against wind because its a it is a natural electrical insulator.
Sasuke, Kakashi, Killer Bee, 4th Raikage, Shee (i think), Darui.
The village that specialize lightning is Kumogakure (meaning the village hidden in the clouds)
Storm Release KG involves lightning.
There are many but here are some. Lariat, and Rising Bomb, Chidori, Kirin...

Fourthly, please try to use proper English. It is very annoying for both you and me if I do not understand what you say and I tell you to redo the jutsu over and over again until I understand you
Also do not ask what pace we learn jutsu we will go whatever pace I choose to keep you at :3
