[Suggestion] Getting rid of spam/trolling

[Fair Warning]

Simple, if the website design allows it. You could even open the registering again.

• Everyone starts out with low to no rep.
  
• This means you can only post once every 7-10 minutes.
  
• The more rep and thanks you get, the more you can post and rep.
  
• Then you become a highly repped and thanked user (like me)
  
• Now that weeds out the trolls, because they can't post as much, and the respected members can.

So the point was that people can easily loophole the requirements by pasting awesome/provocative signatures on their profile, and unlike individual text, these will be shown in every thread you post.

How will members who have just joined post? And what about people who type fast? Would they be punished for attempting to spam if they finish posting on one thread and move on the the next thread of interest? What about in the case that the trolls + rep each other? Do you realise that some of the people who have high rep, are also trolls?

There are a lot of flaws with this idea. All it does is unnecessarily delay posting.

You'd be surprised how many trolls have kage rep status.

They rep and thank each other, usually.
