I know you like to RP before a fight, so I'll start us off.

Guts was sent to Sunagakure to kill a high ranking shinobi. Guts knew the odds were stacked against him but he couldn't deny his kage's request. That wasn't the real reason he accepted the mission though, he accepted for a challenge. Out of all his past fights Guts hadn't found an opponent worthy of being his rival. This thought greatly angered Guts, causing him to clench his fists as he looked across the battlefield at his soon to be dead opponent.

"Natsu right? I've heard about you, how you destroy everything with fire and lightning. But you aren't the only one who can cause destruction you know. It's been a very, very long time since I've had a real fight, so why don't you entertain me for a bit hm?"

The intensity in his words were obvious, he was here to fight, not cower to a man with pink hair. He hated the color honestly, and on a male it just seemed disgusting to him. The mere sight of his opponent caused his blood to boil as he stared angrily at the Dragon Slayer. Guts made sure not to look above the man's chin, he was all too much aware of the Uchiha's Kekkei Genkai.

Natsu walked through the long passage way that led into the heart of Sunagakure, walking with a determined look on his face, a man with a mission. With his heat sensing he could feel the enemy approach long before the sentries could of see him and he was ready for a fight. This was his home now, the heart of fairy tail. He walked out straight up to the new arrival standing 3m away from him with his arms folded. His black cloak billowed in the hot wind of the sand village. He looked his opponent dead in the eye as he spoke, not showing any form of emotion apart from determination.

You're pathetic.... come all this way to fight. Go away now while you still have the chance to live...

Natsu was already ready for battle. On his way out he'd gathered his own personal tool, his gourd made and filled with his carbon. As Kazekage he'd fassioned this after one of the greatest shinobi of the sand, Gaara. The Gourd hung on his back which he was use to and not hindering his movements. He stood waiting for his opponent to make his move. He knew this was the kind of man that wouldn't run at the first threat, but he wouldn't be able to say Natsu didn't warn him.

Description: The user will perform 2 handseals slamming their hands oin the ground performing a summoning jutsu to summon a gourd of carbon. This is a gourd of carbon link Gaara's sand gourd on his back. This Carbon gourd is full of a powder form of carbon which the user carries around with them all the time and is constantly infused with the users chakra. This carbon powder can be reformed to make up different atomic structures of carbon for different purposes in battle. Much like gaara's sand, this Carbon can be used for attacks or defence that require a carbon source by the user at any time. Due to this carbon already being infused with the users chakra then can control and manipulate it almost instantly to suit their needs. The carbon is linked to the user and will come to there defence, as it is infused with the users chakra. It can keep up with up to 2nd gate speed, and can block S ranks and below.

Note: The defencive ability can only be used once ever 2 turns and only used 5 times per battle

Quickly he thrusts his left arm forward into Natsu's ribcage, surely cracking the ribs as he willed his bone structure to change and extend from his palm, stabbing through one of the man's lungs.

As Natsu stood with his arms folded he watched as his opponent grabbed at something on his legs. Natsu had fought more battles that he could count and he knew what this would entail. The speed increase that would follow, what a drag it would be. Without any effort he passively activates his three tomoe sharingan which would form as his opponent appeared at his side. With his heat sensing he could feel his opponent there and due to his skills (i'm a tai master/specialist and sage rank) he could easily react to this sudden burst of speed. His carbon in his gourd was infused with his chakra and so easy to control, to the point it could keep up with second gate speed. (see gourd above for reference). As his opponent appears at his side, Natsu holds up his left arm quickly and with it the carbon shot out of his gourd blocking the punch and pushing his opponent back in a swarm of carbon sending him back 5m. As it did Natsu turned to face his opponent who slid to a halt as the carbon returned to his gourd.

I see you're quite fast but you'll have to be better than that. Don't take me for one of those fools you fought before...

(Doujutsu: Sharingan) Eye Technique: Copy Wheel Eye - (Passive)

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty
Note: The user is bound by the abilities and limits of the stage of sharingan he possesses, stated in the rules of the KG.

(kurokongouseki seichuu ) Carbon control

Description: This jutsu allows the user to bend and control carbon (through body movements) that they have already created or taken control off, to bend it into different shapes or forms by controlling the carbon's atomic structure. The user can use this jutsu to bend carbon and control it's movement much like Gaara can with his sand. For example if the user were to throw a carbon kunai they could change it's trajectory in the air.
