Obito had a stash of 58 Sharingans. What are you smoking? As for Nagato, then it's a freaking Edo Body. Do you think Nagato would have survived being that long under Amaterasu flames with nothing to protect him? Use common sense, even regular flames would have roasted his ass this way, let alone Amaterasu.
