Yeah this is from scratch. I was training in Suiton before but I didn't learn any jutsu.

Water Release, or Suiton, is one of the five elemental chakra natures. It is strong against Katon because the water naturally extinguishes the flames, although a powerful enough fire jutsu can cause evaporation when clashing with a water jutsu. Suiton is weak to Doton because earth is solid and water is liquid. Suiton can be used in conjunction with Raiton because water is a natural electrical conductor. Water Release is a component of the following nature kekkei genkai: Ice, Wood, Storm and Boil Release.

Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist Jutsu

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

Alright now, since you're a standing on the lake, i want you to manipulate it, focus your chakra into it and allow it to form a mist, this mist will come up faster now that you are in water, then you having to produce it from your mouth.

(Suiton: Mizu Kuri No Yaiba) - Water Style: Sword of Draining

Description: A technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like with a normal blade.
Note: Doesn't require a water source.

I want you to manipulate your water chakra and release and use shape manipulation and turn the released water and create a sword.

Firstly, I gather some chakra inside my body and then transform it into water chakra. After doing this, I release the water chakra from my body and take hold of it, attaching it to my hand. Once I have done this, I use my chakra control to manipulate the water chakra in front of me. I use shape transformation to compress and shape the chakra into a sword completely made out of water. I walk onto the land and then start swinging the sword around. Even though it is made of water, the blade still has some cutting capability and I use it to cut down plants and stuff.

After doing this, I randomly start singing the song, "I CAN SWING MY SWORD!"

I have a question. How do you transform chakra into water chakra?

well it's easier to just manipulate water, but to do it without any water takes some effort. You'll make your chakra wet and damp and then just add on more charka.

I gather chakra inside my body and transform it into Suiton chakra. Then, I hold my arm outwards in front of me. After I have done this, I manipulate my chakra to make it move inside my body. I channel the water chakra into my arm and then expel it from my body. I release it around me, creating a small shield made purely out of water chakra. The kunai collides with the shield and bounces off of it, leaving me unharmed.

Use the water from the lake and manipulate the water to rise up and then use shape manipulation to form it into a shark and attack my clone.

To begin the jutsu, I send my chakra into the lake. Using this chakra, I manipulate the water in the lake to control it. First, I make some of the water rise up from the lake. Then, I use shape transformation and concentrate on the chakra to shape it into the form of a shark. Once I have shaped the water, I make it rise again, sending it into the air. Finishing my attack, I make the shark fall, crashing down violently into your clone.

(Suiton: Suiben) - Water Release: Water whip

Description: After the user performs a series of 3 hand seals Rat → Dog → Ox, the user creates a whip of water that can be used to strike the opponent with a lashing action or wrap around the target to bind them. This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.

Form the hand seals Rat → Dog → Ox and then create a whip of water that you strike my clone with or wrap around him, your choice. If you know any raiton you can use it on the whip and have it travel through the water and shock my clone.

To initiate the water technique, I flow my chakra into my arm and transform it into water chakra. Once I have done this, I turn it into a whip-like shape and release it slowly from my arm. The whip is long and dense so that it is more powerful and it will deal more damage when I strike. I run at the clone with the whip attached to my hand. I stop when I am in front of it. I swing the whip at the clone, wrapping it around its body. I flow Raiton chakra through the whip, electrifying it and dispersing the clone in a puff of smoke.

(Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field

Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

Alright i want you to form the Ram → Tiger hand seal and then quickly spit out highly infused chakra water around the area of my clone, this will make him stuck in the adhesive water.

(Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques and requires a water source.

Using the water source, form a clone that looks exactly like you completely made up of water, if it isn't obvious the clone can only do water techniques, and can only do them up to C rank.

Give some scenarios to use them in battles.

I look at Kakuzu and see him sending his clone running at me, After stringing together the two handseals necessary for the performing of the technique, I gather a large amount of chakra inside the middle of my body. After doing this, I transform the chakra into Suiton chakra. I then use shape transformation to give the chakra a sticky, viscous form. I spit it out from my mouth, aiming it at the surface of the ground. The clone runs onto the trap and gets stuck immediately. I finish by throwing a kunai at the clone, dispersing it.

After seeing my opponent, Kakashi enter the battlefield and throw a kunai at me, I perform the clone handseal and convert one tenth of my chakra into Suiton chakra. I use shape manipulation to make the water take form and materialise next to me, in the shape of a clone of myself. I send the clone sprinting quickly at Kakashi. However, he is in mid-range from me, and after the clone runs for a while, It disperses, turning into a puddle of water.

(Suiton: Suigandan) - Water Release: Water Fang Bullet

Lee lands in the middle of the lake, trying to escape the range of Neji's Jyuken. However, Neji uses this to his advantage. He focuses his Suiton chakra into the area of the lake around Lee. Then, he gathers large amounts of water and compresses them together. He pushes the water upwards forcefully while making it rotate rapidly, aiming it at Lee, sending multiple rotating blasts of water at him. The water crashes into his body violently, causing him a lot of damage.

Possible combos:
You could bind them with another jutsu before you use this one to increase the chance of hitting

How to counter:
Use substitution or use an armour

Suiton: Kirigakure Shiryoku Hakudatsu) - Water Release: Hidden Mist Eye Sight Deprevation

While Neji is battling Itachi on the lake, Itachi activates his Sharingan and Neji realises he has to try and find a way to blind him. He moulds Suiton chakra in his body. He sends sends it into his feet then channels it into the lake. He transforms the chakra into a thick mist that rises from the lake and surrounds the two shinobi. After creating the mist, Neji uses his chakra to manipulate the natural light, creating a bright light around Itachi that blinds him.

Possible combos:
You could use it with that Flash Pillar ninjutsu technique that C used, to make the light even brighter and it might damage their eyes because of the brightness

How to counter
You could try and escape the mist, or use a wind tech to blow the mist away.

(Suiton: Mizu No Tatsumaki) - Water Style: Water Tornado

Descripton: The user will wave the Ram → Horse → Bird hand seals and utilize water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.
Note: Can only be performed if there is a water source near by.

Go stand on that water source 3m behind you. Follow my instructions clearly because if you mess this up you'll get hurt, so listen up! Perform 3 hand seals while channeling your chakra into the water beneath you. On the last hand seal manipulate the water and create a spinning water vortex around yourself that acts as a barrier. You can also manipulate this spinning vortex and use it as an attack mechanism that has enough force to knock an opponent out. How about you try it out.

Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water out of knowhere. The vortex then proceeds to explode from the top in the form of a wave. The user can also control the direction the wave goes with hand movements.

After clapping your hands together you can create a spiralling vortex of water out of nowhere that can be used for all purposes. The spiralling vortex explodes from the top in the form of a wave that you can control anywhere depending on your hand movements. Give me an instance in where you would use this technique in battle along with 2 adv and dis.

(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

One of my favorite techniques despite the 6 hand seals needed. While performing those hand seals you channel your chakra into the clouds above making it rain on the battlefield. The raindrops are infused with your chakra and linked to your senses allowing you to detect foreign chakra within the rain. This jutsu lasts until you want it it end. Give me some advantages and disadvantages of this one as well.
