Keji walks onto the battlefield dressed as ava to hide his identity. Before entering mid-range Keji weaves hand seals activating his byakugan. Once within the specified range Keji would see his target Yo, are you Lucifer? Seeing a ninken near the man Keji creates a shadow clone of himself. If you are 2v2 seems fair doesn't it?

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans, inherited from Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, shinobi with have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters and Otsutsuki clan members will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. Not only can they see chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu (even of their own). Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if they're a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot; slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away.
Note: For Hyugas, activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

Ha, someone likes father humor.

He quickly throws his sword to his ninken before he weaves some signs, knowing them by heart, never breaking eye sight causing it to rain. Then he simple continues to weave one last handsign before waving his left hand causing shurikens to surface and head towards Kenji and his clone (5 each) all grouped together having his entire body covered.

When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

Learning from his past duels he decided to start things off first. After this he charges chakra into his feet then begins to run at a slightly boosted speed at kenji.

Father humor? K1 and Keji would look puzzled when they begin to sense Lucifers chakra in the rain drops. After They would see the man weave another seal forming shuriken of water and launching towards them. K1 would slam his hands on the ground creating a 1/4 dome in front of the two shielding them from the shuriken, while Keji wove the exact same seals Lucifer wove before forcing his chakra into the rain neutralizing the jutsu.

Description: The user changes earth into fine sand by channeling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. While underground one can sense what is happening on the surface and use the information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. Once can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy cant reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth. While inside the earth, the user cannot make handseals and can only use Earth techniques below C-Rank. If he tries to do a higher ranked technique, he'll disrupt the Hiding like a mole technique and be left crushed.

Why would you copy when you have Dojutsu?

(In close range by now) He makes the jutsu change direction and head straight toward the sky. Using this as a water source he quickly uses it to create a water source and creates a water clone that appears behind the dome but above it and immediately drops above what he believes to be the real one with a simple free-form kick causing the unsuspecting person to be injured or poof.

As he is grabbed by the obvious clone, since his clone just disappeared, causing his momentum to stop he releases lightning chakra from all around his body causing the clone to disappear. Once he is done with this since he is jumps high into the air releasing a barrage of 50 kunia. They are all aimed at his newly formed clone and Keji himself. Once done he then pulls out a demon wind shuriken ready to throw it at anyone who tries to run.

Someone doesn't learn that you can't get close to me

He quickly releases raiton chakra all around his body as the clone get close enough causing his to poof. Once done he throws the demon wind shuriken charged with a small amount of chakra at Keji as he lands, 1 second after defeating K2, before performing a single handseal causing his chakra to change the form of the fast spinning demon wind shuriken into a much larger version sure to do some serious damage if not dodged. Once done he continues on with performing handseals. Once done he stomps his right foot causing water to rise and encase you trapping you allowing the demon wind shuriken to attack you unhindered.

That ninjutsu can be broken with simple brute force so I could let my ninken break free just so you know ahead of time what my counter is.

As the clone appears Lucifer creates a clone of his ninken that charges straight at the two of you preventing the next moves unless the puppy is dealt with. Once done he and his clone both combine elements of water and lightning. I focus suiton chakra into my right hand before spinning releasing several crescents of sharp water aimed at your clone and Keji. As this is done my clone just finishes the handseals required to release lightning chakra into the water infusing it and increasing the amount of damage to A-rank.

In fact, certain users have showed that its possible to, if the user has the ability to mold both Water and Lightning chakras at the same time (for example, Darui who has Storm Release), unleash this particular technique at the same time as they exhale/spit some water technique (which needs to consist of a stream of water), combining both in a seemingly consecutive move. Other ninjas will need to use a clone or an ally for the same effect.

OOC: While yes brute force can break the hold it isn't simple. "Brute force makes it less effective on boss summons or similar", boss summons are usually 100m tall/long and are considered large summons. Your ninken would be a small creature in comparison and would probably require significantly more effort to break free.

Keji and K1 would make their approch when a ninken clone would appear wasting no time K1 would weave a single seal causing four spikes to shot up one for each member of team Lucifer as they continued. This would impale Lucifer and his ninken if not defended against while dispersing the clones.

OOC: While yes brute force can break the hold it isn't simple. "Brute force makes it less effective on boss summons or similar", boss summons are usually 100m tall/long and are considered large summons. Your ninken would be a small creature in comparison and would probably require significantly more effort to break free.

Keji and K1 would make their approch when a ninken clone would appear wasting no time K1 would weave a single seal causing four spikes to shot up one for each member of team Lucifer as they continued. This would impale Lucifer and his ninken if not defended against while dispersing the clones.

Hearing the earth begin to move Lucifer quickly focuses lightning chakra into his right foot and releases it in time with his next step causing the earth spears that are appearing to be dispersed into pebbles onto the ground while being about five feet from keji and his clone. Following that as the clone gets in close range my clone jumps in front of us blocking the attack and shocking the clone due to it reverting back to electricity thus making the clone poof. Once done Lucifer and his ninken jump into the air and begin to drill together towards you, who is standing still presumably. While spinning he uses this chance to combine technique by pulling out two scrolls while spinning and summons countless kunia before releasing them all at keji before closing in with the Inuzuka technique.

As all the clones all Keji would be left standing. He would watch as Lucifer and ninken jump into the air and begin to spin towards him and during that spin release multiple Kunai. Keji smiles and just before everything hits him would create a vortex of lightning around him defending against the kunai before assaulting Lucifer and his ninken.

If successful the three would land on the ground and Keji would crouch next to Lucifer That has to be painful but rest assured I missed your vitals. As the kunia and Inuzuka attack is blasted away he grabs his ninken and releases a electric barrier around the both of them protecting them from the remaining electricity. Then noticing Keji closing in fast he waits until the last moment to amplify the attack and uses it again to shock Keji stopping his next potential attack once done Lucifer quickly has his ninken throw him towards Keji where he hits him square in the stomach with raw electricity blasting him away from the two this is followed by two explosive kunia that will surely stop this duel if not dealt with.

As he gets blasted away blocking with his arms forming a X-pattern he sees a faint blue light along with a crackling noise and recognizes exactly what it is seeing as how he also knows this technique. So as to counter this move he focuses lightning chakra in the shape of a large circle that covers up both him and his ninken allowing them to land safely although in a hunched animal like position. Following his landing he throws three kunia at Keji with explosive tags attached onto them that will explode in front of his face should they be allowed to.

As the kunai began to hover Keji would draw his sword and channel chakra into it cutting them down right above Lucifer.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty
