get ready for the butthurt:
Utilizing the bijuu chakra isn't his power up from the sage, it's from him having all the bijuu. Giving life to forms is his power up. Sasue's should be on par with that, but in the yin/yang sense, like he'll be able to create form out of nothingness, which would be badass.

But essentially, naruto has two powerups compared to Sasuke's one.

Possible power ups for Sasuke would be
- rinnegan because of Hashi's DNA.
- PS with some armors equipped.
- can easily able to use his PS unlike Madara which needs to be stabilized

I can't see any of Indra's EMS techniques as a power up for him but more like his own EMS techniques advanced.
Indra was shown in PS and hence Sasuke's ultimate weapon is PS.

Sasuke cannot get the Rinnegan unless he has Naruto Cells. Just because he has Hashi cells in him doesn't mean he has Ashura's chakra inside him. Hagoromo explained this on chpt 671 page 6. The reason why Madara was able to obtain the Rinnegan is because he obtain Ashura's chakra before the transmigration was over. When he fought Hashi, he took Hashi cells. Then implanted in him. Indra's + Ashura's = Hagoromo's chakra which unlocks the Rinnegan. Hashi is now edo. He no longer alive. Therefore Ashura's chakra repeated the cycle. Left Hashi & now flowing inside Naruto. Sasuke would need Naruto cells implanted him so he can combine Indra's & Ashura's chakra which will allow him to unlock the Rinnegan.

Sasuke's powerup: Wood Jutsus (Hashirama's DNA), Perfect Susano'o with Enton weapons, and Moon power (Naruto has Sun power).

Sasuke will be able to create what he wants , an eagle susano'o with 2 wings and 4 arms crossed with a giant snake...
Will he be able to see far in the future , like the sharingan does ( predict movements ) ?

Can't wait to see what Sasuke imagination is going to create.
