I'm watching the Sora arc on Hulu plus and I can't help but notice that konoha has a bunch of fodder ninja. Litterally 75 ninja got Fodderized by 4 attacking ninja also to add insult to injury they were laughing and walking the whole time.

True I know that haha but in the way that they come to meet their doom it just makes you feel bad for them lol

iwa had 10 000 fodders vs third raikage.
it makes sense in the villages there are only a few actually decent jounins and even less kages and jins. kumo had 2 jins and one of the better kages. so they are well off.
having 20 asumas or 20 shizunes would make your village pretty strong militarily. most wars WERE who could throw in the most fodder nin. which is why it seemed like minato stood out so much.
