Get a few things straight...

I want to get a few things straight.

Sasuke was faster than Raikage when they first fought. Sasuke was able to dodge a blow from the the guy then land a hit. Sasuke noticed that his lightning release moves were not going to work and he knew he was dealing with a Kage level ninja so he had to rely on Amaterasu and Susanoo. These were the only two techniques that we're going to work but he couldn't tag the guy with Amaterasu. He covered his Susanoo in Amaterasu because he knew the guy had to attack sooner and later knowing the Raikage's personality he went for it. Sasuke timed it when he covered his Susanoo in the flames noticing the Raikage was about to attack.

Sasuke dodged Amaterasu and dodged a blow from the Raikage while the Raikage was tagged by Sasuke.

Sasuke's reactions and speed were greater than V1 Raiton Armor Ay. Only with V2 and Shunshin did Ay outspeed him and dodge Amaterasu.

A lot of people do forget that Sasuke's speed was great at this point, even Bee notes in his fight against Sasuke that he hasn't fought someone this fast since his brother. Sasuke's reflexes are what pushed the Raikage to V2. Though I feel like it's tough to say if Sasuke is faster than V1 but his reflexes themselves were definitely better.

Sasuke was faster than v1 and possibly v2 he just couldn't tag him with Amaterasu so he did a bait move also Susanoo both were causing pain but v2 could still be faster. I want to know if Raikage used v1 or v2 on Naruto?
