If Gerard ends up fgoing down, due to Yhwach stealing his powers... that's what you call "serious character protection!" I mean, it already seems impossible for him to go down, outside of Aizen or "the dads", so for him to lose due to being ripped of powers...ha! That says a lot! In the end, Gerard is already in the Bleach HOF of characters and if Kubo does right by him and gives him a fitting end.. I seriously think you can put him in top 3 of all characters, in terms on power.
