Now that he's in the air, I want you to focus your chakra into your palm, and release it towards him. Similar to how you released your chakra for you rotation, but this is a directed blast of chakra.

I instantly start to focus a large amounts of chakra into my right palm as I watch the dummy spiral in the sky. I then let out a compressed blast of chakra directly at the dummy thus ripping it up as the chakra fueled blast made contact.

*the dummy sends flying in

okay,now hurry. Before he hits the ground, jump up, grab his arm and flip him around so his back is facin you. Then hit him three times in the back,sending him crashing back into the ground.

As the dummy fell from the sky spiraling towards the ground I would leap up and grab his arm and twist him around so that his face is towards the ground and his back is facing towards me. I would then strike him three time simultaneously thus making the dummy crash into the ground.

 

[Magic..]

Next, i want you to hit the dummy 100 times using juuken

after getting in traditional jyuken stance, I then start a barrage of gentle fist strikes. Hitting and closing 15 chakra points on the right arm, 15 on the left arm, 15 on the left leg and 15 on the right leg. Then continuing the barrage by hitting 40 chakra points in the dummies chest and abdominal area thus combining to be 100 strikes.

The next one should be fairly simple. As you've gotten the hang of your chakra control by now. Basically its another rotation, but alot bigger and more powerful. So do the same as before with pushing your chakra out of all your chakra points evenly, but this time use more chakra as you do so.
