An advantage to this technique is definitely a combination of the power and the reach. The mid-range reach is a definite plus that most gentle fist taijutsu techniques do not offer. The other is the power and the spinning motion. This is a rather powerful attack, given the amount of chakra put into it and it's rank. Although the technique states confusion, but I doubt a shinobi would truly be thrown off by it.
A con to this technique might be the actual activation of it. To pour our chakra out through the tenketsus then mold it into the twin dragons takes some time, leaving room for a counter.
To counter this technique, I would definitely resort to an A-rank earth technique. Since the technique attacks you from a frontal standpoint, it is rather easy to counter, despite the spinning of the dragons.
A great way to use this in battle is to use a technique that attacks the opponent from another direction, then forming the dragons and attacking them.

This technique is back to short-range like most Gentle fist. It is a powerful and affective technique. Due to the quick blows in short-range, you have little time to actually counter. Then the amount of blows followed by the swype drains the chakra.
There is not a true negative to this technique other than the window where you close the gap between you and your opponent, allowing a counter such as simple taijutsu or armor.
For combinations, like most other gentle fist taijutsu, you want your opponent to be immobilized or distracted, opening a window for you to strike.
The chakra is drained due to the amount of gentle fist blows and then the swype to finish the job.

This is a very powerful technique but with a drawback that harms the user. Like most gentle fist, it involves a combination of blows and for you to be in short-range. What sets this one apart is the finale strike, the explosion when the user claps his hands. This finale might be powerful but is also a drawback as it harms the user.
To counter, it's rather simple as it just requires you to block the first hit like most other gentle fist techniques. To do this, there is a large variety of ninjutsu or taijutsu that could be used.
