Hinata quickly wave 12 hand seal and activate her byakugan. She begin to gather raw chakra in every of chakra node. Once done she proceed to spin from her right to left ensuring she remain in one position.
As she spin she open her chakra nodes slowly releasing her chakra, the spinning motion of hinata's body would cause the release chakra to spin too gradually forming a rotating ball of chakra around her.
Hinata taking note of this then begin to manipulate the ball of chakra to become more sharp and dense than the previous one she had made.
She continue to release chakra to sustain the ball of chakra as she spin once sure she had successfully done the technique, one by one she close her chakra node and cease rotating.
Scenario
Hinata notice four white zetsu approaching her from her right, left, front and back with her byakugan. She immediately get in a gentle fist stance awaiting the zetsus to get within range.
Once within range hinata quickly begin to rotate clockwise fast and accurately such it seem like she is in one position then she release a large blast of raw chakra from her body, she shape manipulate the chakra into a ball surrounding her. The ball of chakra would be two times her size and serve as a protective barrier defending again non elemental attacks from the zetsus.
Hinata while spinning she noticed the white zestus getting close, she again sharp manipulate the ball of chakra only this time she focus on the outer shell of the ball making it more sharp and dense such it would be able to deliver a major wound to the zetsu that come in contact. she continue spinning until she had successfully countered all of the white zetsu.

Hinata release chakra from all of her tenketsu making it travel a wide distance around her then she shape manipulate it to form a ball shape with her in it that is at the epicentre, the ball of chakra would be hard enough to protect her from the clones' attacks including elemental techniques.
As the chakra take form she proceed to spin clockwise in one position, her turning effect would cause the ball of chakra to also rotate in the same direction with her that is clockwise.
Observing the clones getting close she further manipulate the outer surface of the shield of chakra to become sharp as a blade, this would inflict damage on the clones if they come in contact, damage identical to that of a sword slash.
Done getting rid of all the zetsu she cease her chakra outlet and gradually stop spinning causing the ball of chakra to disperse.
that was fun, we should do that again she said in a hyped tone.

You release the chakra then immediately start spinning. You don't make it travel. Remember Neji vs Naruto? Neji before he spin had already released the chakra above his body like a coat then he start spining. The spining makes the chakra to form into a dome. The spin acts as the shape manipulator. Once again. Release chakra on top of your entire body then concurrently start spinning to form the dome as the chakra rapidly rotate.

- is there a limit to the number of times I can use the tech?
- if I was to perform a instant spin after another what would be the time gap? Measure it by hand seal.
- can I move about while spinning? That is while I spin I don't remain in one position

-There is no restriction on how many times it can be used.
-There is no specific time gap, it depends on you.. You can stop and start another spin immediately so far its within the timframe.

Even you can decide to spin 3 times in a turn making up your 3 moves if you desire.
