Its better though a little weird with the "spitting blood thing". Why would the clone spit blood? I need an anwer?

Next, begin to hit my clone all over while injecting chakra to close his tenketsus. Then finish him by releasing chakra out of your palms in a burst to send him flying.

Well clones usually still display properties of the person, and if they're getting hit by a gentle fist tech, the residual damage being down is also hurting the users organs, which would make them bleed. (Much like how Hinata spit up blood when Neji hit her)

Neji runs straight forward to the clone with his Byakugan active and begins to strike the clone. Having his index and middle fingers out, with every strike, injects chakra into the clones body, closing his tenketsu. Starting around the chest striking it continuously down to around his lower leg and then back up to his top right arm. Hitting him continuously he then places a lot of chakra within his palm and goes full force into the hit and strikes directly at the center of the clones chest, making him go flying back and disappearing.

Neji keeps still and looks down to his opponent and keep a calm look. Suddenly he then bolts down, heading directly for the clone. Upon almost reaching the clone, he then jumps upwards into the air, flying over the clone with the momentum of him running so quickly. As the clone was beginning to turn over to face his direction, Neji begun to gather chakra within his palms. When the clone finally faced the same direction as him, Neji struck at the clone's heart with his chakra infused palm causing the clone to spit up some blood and then vanishing with a poof of smoke.

Running towards the clone, Neji runs very close to the stationary clone. Once near it, he jumps up, gathering his chakra within his palm and while the clone begins to spin around to see where Neji is landing. Too late to move, Neji quickly strikes a vital organ causing the clone to spit up some blood. Once the hit connected, Neji continues his assault by kicking the clone in the knee. The clone slightly bends down but once he did, two more kicks follow up onto his face, sending him flying upwards into the sky. All while the clone is flying in the sky, Neji back on the ground has started to gather chakra within his palm and forcefully strikes the sky towards the clone, sending a force of chakra blasting into the sky, striking the airborne clone causing him to go crashing into a tree, in turn getting crushed by the sheer force.

As Neji is listening to his sensei he listens to him say, fight me. Hearing that, Neji replies with, You got it. Positioning himself he extends his hand out, making one hand seal, yelling Byakugan! Right after activating his Byakugan, he would rush toward Priest-sama at full speed while inspecting Priest's body. Upon reaching him, he would jump up directly up, landing right behind him following a quick strike to one of his vital organs, his right lung. Following that strike, Neji would continue with a series of high speed attacks, continuously pounding at Priest. All while Neji is delivering the barrage of attacks, he would gather chakra within his right palm and would release a burst of chakra within Priest on the last strike. That strike would resonate through Priest's body and we would collapse from all the damage he had sustained. I really hope I didn't over due it. Neji says as he nervously awaits what's about to come.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the kekkei genkai of the Hyuga clan. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, Hyuga ninjas have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. The user can not only see chakra and the chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu. Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if he's a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot, slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards but enables the user to actually even see his own chakra circulatory system and chakra flow, which explains why all Hyuugas are so adept and masterfull of precise chakra control. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike, as well as chakra. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away. Some Hyugas have shown a great awareness regarding agressiveness as well as killing intent, detecting such intentions and emotions from others with more ease than most.
Note: Activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

I watch closely as you approach me while I take on a loose stance. As you jump, I reckon you aim to land behind me due to the trajectory of your jump, so I begin to turn in a way that the moment you land behind me, I'll be turn towards you. As you throw a right jab(you did not name this. you should always do so.), I slap it towards my left the back of my left hand while I bring a hook from my right fist, slamming it into your throat before yo could bring your left hand for another strike.

Upon striking at you with a right jab, Neji see's the motion made by Priest to slap his oncoming attack with the back side of his left hand. When making contact to slap it away, Neji would react by using his left hand to grab onto Priest's currently rising right hook and would flip him over. In that swift motion of being flipped over, I would strike at your back 3 times before you would go flying upwards diagonally. Immediately after grabbing onto your right hand, at that moment I would begin to gather chakra within my left palm. I would then thrust my left palm forward toward your direction which would blast out raw chakra that would make contact with you and send you flying back even further in the same diagonal fashion.
