there is still white border around him on left side (can be seen on green one) also instead of white background make it transparent

- bg is white, you probably forget to save it as .png
- its is monotonic.
- I like how you tried to 'blend' it but, it sucks.

Background is empty.
Low Quality.
Dimensions are bad,remember 150x200 for a normal,150x300 for a big one.
They are too monotone,not good for an avatar,generally not good for anything.
I can see you tried pop out,well it didn't work,since a part needs to obviously be inside the picture and another part outside,this looks like a picture put on a background.

They both have too much of the same color and you shouldn't have tried to blend him into the background with the first one.
