Shinta nods his head and then proceeds to create a shadow clone, which immediately starts to run towards his student in a straight line.

Excellent, see my clone running at you? No? Pay attention... as he is running towards you, use our chakra to confuse his sense of sight, making him believe he is running towards you where he really is running around in a circle. This would involve you manipulating what he sees and adjusting it slightly so it look to my clone that he'll have to run slightly off skew, you'll also need to alter his balance senses to he doesn't suspect he is moving off skew.

( Kori Shinchū no Jutsu ) - Sly Mind Affect Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user casts an illusion on the opponent that makes them believe they are travelling in a straight line, when instead they are moving in circles. This is only effective on moving opponents. If the opponent travels in the circle for hours, they will be exhausted.

With his attention focused on the clone running straight at him, Shadou listens closely to his sensei as he shouts in the background, instructing Shadou on what to do next. Shadou nods his head after his sensei finishes speaking and immediately starts to gather his chakra from within. Shadou then releases his chakra into the surrounding area. As it comes into contact with the clone, it begins affect the senses of his sight.

Shadou continues to use his chakra to give off the illusion that he had moved slightly over to the left while at the same time using his chakra to alter the balance of the clone, giving it the impression that it was still running straight at Shadou and to take away any suspicion that it was under a genjutsu. In the eyes of the clone, he would be still running towards Shadou but from Shadou and his sensei’s view, the clone was running in circles.

Hey sensei, you’re clone is going to pass out if he keeps this up!

Don't be silly... my clones would never pass out!

As Shinta says this, his clone collapses before dispersing in a could of white smoke.

See, he didn't pass out... just collapsed...

Shinta then proceeds to create another clone before passing on the next set of instructions to his student.

Now I want you to use two genjutsu on my clone. I first want you to make make my clone see a giant fire-ball or meteor falling from the sky, aimed to crash into him. He'll release himself which is where I want you to activate the second jutsu. For this one, I want you to make him see a clone running straight towards him before leaping up and exploding in a cloud of cherry blossoms that'll block his vision. You can then finish my clone off with an attack of your choosing.

OOC: I want you to react as if my clone performs the Kai after your first jutsu, as in acting after he performs the release seal. Then proceed with the second jutsu.

Shadou lets out a slight chuckle as the clone of his sensei hits the ground, collapsing then dispersing. His sensei proceeds to create another clone as SHadou brings his attention back to his sensei to hear the instructions for the next techniques he would be learning. Shadou nods his head signaling that he understood what to do.

I think I got it sensei.

Shadou locks his eyes with the clones while going over the technique in his mind. Once confident that he can pull off the technique, Shadou begins to gather a decent amount of chakra before releasing it on a path to the clone. The chakra released by Shadou starts to alter the vision of the clone . A huge ball of fire appears to be descending from the sky and heading straight towards the clone. Due to the illusion, the clone would believe that it was about to be burned to death from the fireball.

Could come in handy with some katon techniques.

Shadou lets off a smirk which quickly turns back into a frown once he realizes the clone looks unphased by the illusion. The clone had used the kai release technique to free itself from the previous genjutsu. Shadou takes a deep breath and waste no time in going onto the next technique. He releases more of his chakra in the path of the clone, using it to manipulate the clone’s senses. The clone would now be under an illusion in which he would see an illusionary clone of Shadou charging towards him. Once the illusionary clone reaches Shinta’s clone, it jumps towards it and then explodes into a cloud of cherry blossom petals.

Shadou concentrates the gathered amount of katon chakra in his gut and then opens his mouth widely, taking a deep inhale and then proceeding to exhale a large fireball in the path of the clone. As the fireball nears the clone, it burst into a dangerous maelstrom of fire, engulfing the clone of his sensei in flames.

Glad to have you back :)

Shadou raises his right hand up towards his mouth and begins to yawn. It had seemed that his sensei had finally returned from being on a long break. During his absence, Shadou had practiced the techniques he learned, making sure that he perfected each one. As his sensei begins to speak, Shadou cracks his neck, knowing that it was go time, once again.

No questions at all sensei, I am ready to proceed.

Suberb... I trust you remember the False Surroundings jutsu? Well, this is a more advanced version of that, being that it is able to trap your opponent in a double layered illusion.
Shinta slowly forms three seals, so that his student may learn them, before placing him in a double layered illusion. Firstly, Shadou's surrounding's appear to suddenly become covered in snow, however should he use Kai to release this jutsu, his surroundings would then appear to be a barren wasteland version of the terrain he is standing in now.

Perform a single Kai release and see what happens. Then tell me how you think this jutsu could be useful to you in battle, before trying a combination attack using this genjutsu against me.

(Magen: Nijū Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu) Demonic Illusion: Double False Surroundings Technique
Type: Supplmentary
Rank: B-Rank
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A
Description:
The user will do a sequence of 3 handseals, putting his opponents under a double layered Genjutsu. The user is able to create false surroundings to fool his targets, much like the simpler version of the technique. However, the illusion is in fact layered. If the opponent manages to release the first one, he will then feel the effects of the second illusion. If, for example, the first illusion is that of a desert and the second that of a forest, upon releasing the first one, the opponent will see the desert fade away while the forest appears around him, making him think he dispelled the illusion while in essence he is still caught in one. Each illusion is equivalent to C-Rank and both are casted at the same time. While normal releases will release only one illusion at a time, a strong enough pain or an external source of chakra can dispel both at the same time.

Shadou nods his head as his sensei ask him if he remembers a previous technique that he was taught. He then raises his right eyebrow as his sensei proceeds to explain the next technique that he would be learning. He liked the idea of a double layered genjutsu. An illusion like that, if used properly could come in handy. His sensei then begins to slowly weave together three hand seals as Shadou watches him closely doing so.

Amazing…

Shadou observes the surrounding area, noticing a sudden change in the environment. The training grounds were now covered in clean, white snow. It was beautiful scenery but now was not the time to admire it. Shadou knew that this was a genjutsu from his senseis earlier explanation of what was going to happen, plus a sudden change of the environment with no noticeable sight of snow clouds in the sky was a giveaway. Now was the time to escape. Without wasting any more time, Shadou performs one hand seal while forcefully stopping his flow of chakra. Moments after the flow of Shadous’ chakra comes to a halt, he spikes it, causing an unbalancing in his chakra which releases him from the genjutsu, or so he thought…

Rank: C-S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15-40
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user does one hand seal to focus and then proceeds to disturb his chakra flow by forcefully stopping it momentarily and then "spiking" his spiritual energy, unbalancing his chakra. This dispels any genjutsu set upon the user except MS Eye Techniques, Paralysis-like Genjutsu and Demonic Illusion: Toad Confrontation Chant. The effectiveness of this technique is dependent upon the skill of the user. A Jounin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to C-rank. An S-class ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to B-rank. A Sannin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to A-rank. A Sage rank user can dispel Genjutsu up to S-Rank. The user may use this technique through physical contact on others to dispel them from Genjutsu. The technique can only be used once per turn and the user still needs to fully follow the logic as to why he figured out it was an illusion.

Shadou then looks around, noticing that all of the snow had faded away and disappeared. He was now standing in a barren wasteland, facing his sensei. Again, knowing that this was the effects of the genjutsu, Shadou withdraws a kunai from his pouch and slices himself across his right arm, inflicting enough pain on himself to be released from the illusion. Shadou then listens as his sensei ask him how this jutsu could be used and instructs him to perform it.

I believe if used properly, this genjutsu could definitely come in handy. Changing the environment with this genjutsu to match the element of another jutsu could trick the opponent because he wouldn’t know what’s real or fake. This genjutsu could also be used to set up traps, hidden in the actual illusion.

Without further ado, it was now Shadou’s turn to perform the genjutsu on his sensei. He performs a sequence of three hand seals while gathering his chakra and releasing it into the air where it would then forcefully make its way to the brain of Shadou’s sensei, affecting his vision. It would now appear to him that a sudden thunderstorm was taking place as a downpour of rain occurs. The second layer of the illusion if his sensei could manage to break out of the first one would be another wasteland, with large cracks and openings in the ground around his position. While his sensei was under the illusion, Shadou gathered his chakra of the lightning nature and raises his right hand up towards the sky, sending an electrical discharge into the clouds. Lightning strikes then make their way down to Shadou’s senseis position, blending in with the illusion. Incase his sensei managed to escape the first illusion, Shadou began to prepare his last technique to go along with the environment of the second illusion. Shadou focused his chakra into the ground while envisioning the nature of earth. If the first illusion was escaped, pillars of rock would appear to rise out of the openings in the ground where in reality; they were just protruding from the normal ground which would mean his sensei would have less time to evade because of the illusion.

Quoting, I'm going to get a mod... no, I'm getting Caliburn as this blatant use of four jutsu should mean my auto-win O__O'

That moment when you asked to have the combination tried against you, but you can't be bothered to actually counter it :T_T:

Just a note, since this genjutsu is B-rank, and you deduce it is the double-layer genjutsu, a Kai release sufficient enough to break a b-rank genjutsu is sufficient. However, the issue arises when you layer genjutsu, something we'll cover next after I fake my way out of countering your combo.

.
.
.
.

*Shinta's clone takes the full effect of your combination, as the Real Shinta begins to speak from a location several paces to your right.*

Nicely done. You could also use this, or the D-rank version, to simply make the terrain appear the same as it always was. Covering up say, formation of a swamp, the ground being covered in lighting, mask the movement of water under your feet etc.

Now, what do you know of Layering genjutsu?

I understand

Shadou looks towards his right as his sensei approaches him. He listens on as his sensei gives a further explanation of layered genjutsus and offers tips on smart ways to use them which Shadou would surely remember.

Layered genjutsus are when a target is placed in more than one genjutsu. They can be used to trick and harm the opponent depending on how the user sets the terrain. They can be used to blend in with the battleground or something completely different to throw an opponent off, although I wouldn’t advise doing so because this would make deducing the technique easy. Another plus to these type of genjutsus is that even if the user breaks out of the first, there is still a chance that they would not be able to deduce the second one.

Indeed, a concise response. This contains pretty much everything you need to know about the ins and outs of Genjutsu.

*Tosses you a scroll* (click the link in my text above)

Give that a read and come to me with any questions about what you've read. I'll quiz you at some point on it's contents so... read it...
The following is a simple distraction genjutsu, one that can be used to create openings for a kenjutsu based attack. As such, you'll need a sword.

*As Shinta makes his statement, he draws his sword and begins to run towards Shadou, waving the sword in a steady, swaying manner. This locks Shadou into a genjutsu, making him see multiple waving arms coming from my body instead of the sword. While he is distracted, Shinta performs a powerful, horizontal strike to Shadou's right upper arm. Luckily for Shadou, Shinta left the sheath on his katana, so that no permanent damage would be inflicted if he failed to I.D the genjutsu.*

Shadou grabs the scroll tossed at him by his sensei out of the air, unravels it and then reads through it carefully, making sure to remember every detail written on it. After a few moments pass by, Shadou nods his head and remains silent to let his sensei know that he didn’t have any questions. The scroll was indeed helpful and had aided Shadou in furthering his knowledge in the art of genjutsu.

Shadou grabs onto the hilt of his katana as his sensei explains the next technique that Shadou would be learning and stating that the technique required a sword to pull off the illusion. Shadou lets off a smirk. This sounded like a technique that he would enjoy. A genjutsu that would serve as the perfect set-up for a genjutsu seemed like a very useful technique, especially to those who enjoyed kenjutsu.

Okay, got it.

Without hesitation or a warning, Shadou’s sensei begins to charge at him while waving his sword. Shadou keeps his eyes locked on his sensei while carefully studying his movements. He notices what appeared to be multiple arms coming from his sensei’s body. The swaying of the arms resembled that of a willow tree.

Several thoughts processed through Shadou’s mind as he stood back and observed what was going on. For one, why would his sensei sway around a sword instead of holding it properly, this would surely leave him vulnerable for a quick jutsu. Shadou then thinks to himself “seconds after he begun to sway his sword, it seemed to have disappeared and been replaced by multiple arms”. His sensei wasn’t a freak of nature and definitely didn’t have multiple arms. Swinging a sword at such an incredibly fast pace to the point where it would just appear as if arms were waving would be surely impossible, even for the fastest shinobi. Shadou then comes to the conclusion that this was the genjutsu his sensei spoke of. Once he figured out what was going on, Shadou regains focus. Shadou then steps back and quickly withdraws his katana with his right hand, pulling it up vertically, just in time for the middle of his sword to block his sensei’s sheath as he performed the horizontal strike directed at Shadou's right arm.

As Shadou blocks Shinta's attack, Shinta seems to grow two arms from his back that reach around to grab Shadou by his shoulders, shaking him gently before pushing him away.

Description: Charging their Doton chakra into their back, the user will use their chakra to 'grow' two extra arms from their shoulder blades. These arms are slightly longer than the users original arms in such a way that all four wrists are in line when holding each of their arms out in front of them. These arms can be used in a multitude of ways as they are controlled by the user as if they were their normal arms, they also become incorporated into the users chakra network, using them to support Kenjutsu, Taijutsu and even Ninjutsu. These arms can be used to perform hand seals for elemental jutsu as well. These arms give; a +10 damage boost to all kenjutsu attacks if they are used to support the hands in the swing or action with the sword; they also give a +10 damage boost to all taijutsu punches by adding an extra fist to each hit; and finally these arms can create rasengan and remove the need for shadow clones when using (Tsuin Rasengan) – Twin Spiralling Sphere by using the arms to add the necessary rotation to the rasengan.
Notes:
- Can only be taught by Shinta,
- Can only be used four times,
- The arms remain for three turns or until the user cancels the jutsu,
- As the earth chakra is only requires to initially create the arms, incorporating them temporarily into the users chakra network, the user is able to perform all jutsu as per normal with the exceptions of full body lightning jutsu.

Yeah, you've got to be careful. Sometimes it will be a genjutsu and other times it will be reality. Shinta said with a cheeky grin on his face, shortly before the arms appear to crumble away.

You learnt the following by the way:
( Konoha-Ryū: Yanagi ) - Leaf Ninja Art: Willow
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 35
Description: The user waves their sword back and forth, which when seen by the target locks them in a genjutsu which causes them to hallucinate multiple waving arms. The movement resembles that of a willow tree blowing in the wind. With the enemy off guard, the user is free to cut them down.

*Shinta tosses Shadou a scroll*
So that jutsu is an interesting one, since it would appear plausible to an extent... until you realise that taking control of plants is a rare element (Plant release CE) or only possible to accomplish by a few people in the form of wood release. It also has a few seals that may cost you precious time. It however does immobilise your target while they imagine the genutsu.

The second jutsu causes mental stress by tricking the brain into thinking an actual explosion occurred. This is a very powerful genjutsu in the sense that it does do damage by forcing your targets brain into thinking there is something that is not... If you understand that. These two jutsu both have the plant them running through them, so keep that in mind when you would deduce them.

*Points to two clones*

You... know what to do?

( Genjutsu: Ingemame Ketsugō Sakkaku ) - Illusion Technique String Bean Binding Illusion
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: Similar to Illusion Technique: Tree Binding Death, the user will do the Dog → Hare → Snake → Ram hand seals and trigger an illusion where the user first disappears, while the target sees several bean vines growing from the ground around and beneath him. These vines bind the target body, lifting them into the air. Then a bean pod rises from the ground to reveal the user, ready to strike. In reality, the opponent is immobilized by the illusion, allowing the user to strike.

( Magen: Hanarasui ) - Demonic Illusion: Flower Head Death
Rank: B
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Short- Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40 due to stress on the mind
Description: The user will trap the target within an illusion where the opponent appears to be trapped in a large flower bud which then explodes. The opponent is made to believe that an explosion actually occurred and collapses, believing himself to be injured. The resulting stress on his mind causes damage.

*Pops into training*
Before we begin, which of my bios should I use to train you?
I have Minato Namikaze and Dean Winchester (Nekura).
Doesn't matter to me, whichever one you prefer :)....although now that I have an Obito bio, it would probably be odd with a Minato bio lol

Dean it is then xD

Dean makes his way to the training grounds where he finds a man of his age perhaps. Couldn't really be sure, the guy was wearing a mask. Nonetheless, Dean was here to finish off this guy's Genjutsu, a field he started to gain a liking in. Dean cleared his throat as he started talking.

"Hello there, I am Dean Winchester of the Nekura clan, and I will be finishing off your Genjutsu training. It seems Shinta took you quite far, could you perform the last techniques he taught you? Then we can proceed with my method. Also, what is your name? So I won't call you "Masked Menace" ."

Dean then waited for the man, allowing him to answer the last techniques Shinta had taught him.

Obito stood before the man who would be helping him finish his training in genjutsu. He wore his usual black cloak with a red a cloud pattern and covered the majority of his face except his right eye with an orange mask. He was sure that the man who would be training him would be wondering “why does this man have that mask on”. Whatever the man may have thought of Obito’s appearance wasn’t important, his training was the only thing that mattered.

Obito listened to the man as he started to speak, stating who he was and that he was a part of the nekura clan, a clan that Obito had never heard of (>.>). The man looked strong however, so the Nekura clan must’ve been a group full of formidable shinobi. Obito would make sure to remember the name of this man and this unknown Nekura clan after his training was done with. After being instructed to perform the last move that he had learned from the man slayer, Obito slowly nodded his head, indicating that he would. He proceeded to lower his right hand down towards his hip where he kept a sheathed sword that was covered from outside view by his cloak. While grabbing ahold of the hilt and slowly beginning to unsheathe his sword, Obito answered the man, telling him his name.

My Name is Madara!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I mean Obito, Obito Uchiha.

Without wasting any more time, Obito begun to wave his sword back and forth. If Dean kept his eyes on Obito’s sword, he would have become trapped in an illusion that would cause him to hallucinate several waving arms. With no intention to strike the man who would be teaching him, Obito remained stationary.
