[Gen] Genjutsu with Reborn

I haven't done much RPing, so not much. I've been to a few fights though, but I've never been to the Ninja World.
I'm currently competing in a mini tournament to go on a journey in the Ninja World with a member of the base, so perhaps i will get to see it soon.

Alright then, I assume you've been taken into the full introductory stuff with other sensei. If not I'll find out soon enough. Before we begin I'll introduce you to my unique method of training.
Unless you've been trained by Naruto or another who uses the same system the way I'm going to teach you will be different than the conventional method other sensei use. I use what is called the Method System which was developed by my teachers; Scorps and Liliana. As opposed to the typical technique by technique from lowest rank to highest rank method of training, the method system that we use takes groups techniques regardless of rank into a set of methods based on the similarities they share. I teach based on the methods and not ranks that way you get an eye for how canon and custom techniques are typically designed. I am also a less technique oriented teacher meaning I'm more interested in you knowing what the hell you're doing as opposed to simply giving you techniques and letting you sink or swim on your own. This is especially the case with genjutsu since genjutsu is my pride and joy area.
As for the specific way you've requested training, I will be roleplaying as my bio The Regent of the Mask. You can look him up in the bio section if you wish to know more about him. However, in this training the two of us will be using our bios and I will be teaching you in that fashion. I will go OOC to explain specific things such as assignments I want you to accomplish or questions I want you to answer. You are free at any time to ask questions in or out of character. If you don't ask questions I'm going to assume you understand what I'm saying and I'll proceed onward. I'll be weaving some RP proprietary information in along with the genjutsu content as well so you get a better practical application. Right now what I want you to do is to read the following link.

Most of what I'll be teaching you will be based off this thread. Read at your own leisure, however I will not spend an extensive amount of time on the content within this thread. I will be covering more controversial and advanced concepts that you're more likely to run into. Most of the stuff in here will be presumed knowledge so if I ask you something that you could otherwise pull out of this thread and you get it wrong I'm not going to be nice about it. Post back here when you've finished and ask any questions if you have them before we begin.

I have went through all jutsus up to B-rank in Unofficial battles, and this may sound silly,but I find
(Doton No Jutsu) - Earth Release Technique
Rank: D
Type: Attack/Defence
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Descripton: Creates small pillars of earth, small tools, and small shields of Earth.
very useful. I know it's a D-rank, but the pillars have saved me countless times in my battles.
If you meant like Nin/Tai/Ken/gen-jutsu, then probably Taijutsu, as it's more fun to perform in my opinion.

A little lack luster but keep that technique in mind for a question I may ask you later. Taijutsu users are the enemy of gen users on the base, generally the former mocks the latter. Considering I'm both, though more inclined to genjutsu. Just make sure you don't get one of those elitist heads. Anyway, I remember you saying you'd prefer RP style training if I'm not mistaken. So we'll begin.
The Regent review the documents on his student as he approached the training field where he awaited. His student was of the Inuzuka clan and thus he didn't expect the shinobi to have an especially keen affinity for genjutsu. However, it was cases like these that made the Regent even...enthralled. To make a proficient user out of somebody who'd ordinarily be garbage otherwise is the pride of a teacher.
He approached the young man and his canine companion and studied him for a moment before addressing them.
"Kiba Inuzuka, I am the Regent. I shall be your instructor for genjutsu. Before I dispense with the instruction, I'll give you and opprotunity to ask me any questions you'd like be it of genjutsu or of personal nature."

As Kiba and Akamaru were waiting for their Genjutsu Sensei to arrive, Kiba was trying to remember the Sensei's name.
*Reg.. Regent??* Kiba thought to himself while scratching his head in confusion.
Moments later, they were approached by a man with a mask and a black robe that covered his body.
It was their Sensei, Regent of the Mask. Kiba listened carefully to what his Sensei had to say and tried not to look so confused, as he never was good with Genjutsu.
"Heyo Sensei, i am excited to train under you. I have no questions at the moment."
