ok genjutsu also known as ilusionary jutsus, are used the same way as ninjutsu, for using them you need chakra and handseals, but the difference between the 2 is that genjutsu is ilusionary, while ninjutsu is real. Itachi, and the 2nd Mizukage were shown as high skiled genjutsu users.

okOKay than,please give me a brief descreption on how to do the very last D-rank jutsu than
I start by preforming 2 hand seals(Snake → Rat)as i do them i start making a illusion(the one which the target will see) i make a big amount of leaves start whirling around the target and then a spinning world too, cause of that the target falls asleep for one turn
I start with collecting chakra and making 2 hand seals(Snake → Rat) as i do them i start releasing the collected chakra into the opponents nerv system and into his brain, disturbing his chakra flow and his mind, than he starts seeing a whirlwind of leaves and a spinning world maks him fall asleep

Description: Traps the opponent in a illusion were they wonder lost and in a circle for hours.
Basically this is used on the Visual and Logic part of the brain.SO concentrate chakra into those parts of the opponents brain and make them forget where they are and where they need to go...basically this will throw them into panic.And that will do the rest.
i concentrate myself and i start releasing chakra in the opponents logic and visual part of the brain mostly, few moments after that the opponents starts to panic and too run in circles without any logic

This is an advance technique for it allows a person to gather information, though it is extremely limited and isn't used much overall, if you can get it off however, it can be a handy tool for a lot of obvious reasons.
