"This next one handles with clones..." As she spoke, a clone is created right by her side. It charges towards the student, who would be mid-range from Nico Robin. "Yes this is an illusion..." She reassured as the clone exploded into a cloud of cherry blossom after jumping towards the student. "Now, explain how you can escape from the illusion... Keep in mind, this is distracting. Every second you stay within the petals is a second the enemy can use to attack. Dispel the illusion and explain how, specifically, and please perform it to myself, and give me combinations in which you'd use this technique with!"

Description: The user creates an illusionary clone that charges towards the enemy, jumps, then explodes in a cloud of cherry blossom petals which results in confusing the opponent and obscuring their vision, leaving them open for attack.

"When in this illusion, I would not be able to feel the blast of the explosion because this genjutsu technique is purely visual. Though if I were to rely on that, I would be very open because it takes time for the clone to run towards me. I would also be very suspicious because when you created the clone, you didn't move your body or do any hand seals or anything."

*Rogue begins by focusing on Nico Robin's head, he then begins to channel his chakra throughout his body and releases it. Rogue focuses on channeling his chakra into Nico Robin's body and into her brain manipulating the chakra flow in the visual part of the brain to make her think that I have made a clone beside me. Rogue then continues to manipulate his chakra to make it look like the clone has run towards her and jumps and explodes into a cloud of cherry blossom petals.*

"Some good combinations with this technique I think would be with Jutsu that come from behind or above. Because they need to get out of the genjutsu first they would have even less time to react to a justu especially one that they can't immediately see. Also using fast techniques would be good as well such as lightning or fast earth techniques."

"Great! Now, this next one is pretty complex. Through three hand seals, you can place the enemy under a double layeed illusion. It allows you to manipulate the targets sense of sight to make it seem like their surroundings have transformed into another, and even then, if they were to release from the first, a second is to appear. Normal releases can only release it once at a time, while pain or external source, such as another ally flooding their chakra to yours as a source of Kai, would release both simultaneously. Now, please describe a way in which you'd use this and questions, if you have them."

Description:
The user will do a sequence of 3 handseals, putting his opponents under a double layered Genjutsu. The user is able to create false surroundings to fool his targets, much like the simpler version of the technique. However, the illusion is in fact layered. If the opponent manages to release the first one, he will then feel the effects of the second illusion. If, for example, the first illusion is that of a desert and the second that of a forest, upon releasing the first one, the opponent will see the desert fade away while the forest appears around him, making him think he dispelled the illusion while in essence he is still caught in one. Each illusion is equivalent to C-Rank and both are casted at the same time. While normal releases will release only one illusion at a time, a strong enough pain or an external source of chakra can dispel both at the same time.

"Hmm, this one seems very interesting. A way in which I think I would use it definitely depends on the terrain. But one specific way in which I would look to use this technique would first to put them under the genjutsu and change their surroundings to something sort of obvious that it is a genjutsu and then once they have broken out of it, the second layer will be something much more close to what our battlefield was to begin with. For example, the first layer might be a cave in which a spike is falling from above on them. Then once they break that level, the second level is the normal battlefield except with 10m high walls of earth risen all around them so that they would not be able to have vision of me and it would seem as if they are still at our battlefield after breaking out of the first level but just with an alteration that I have done through a 'jutsu'."

"I also have one question. You mentioned Kai but I am somewhat confused, I understand that pain or someone else's chakra will break you free of both simultaneously but if I used Kai would I break out of them both or just the first layer?"

"To answer your question, Kai will only break out the first layer. And nice usage. The second one layer, for me, is usually one with changes that aren't as noticeable, like a boulder on the ground or something. Dunno, those little things. Anyways, let's continue." Nico Robin grabs a sword and points it towards the student. Swinging it back and forth, she traps you in an illusion where you believe that multiple waving arms appear in my surroundings that blows towards you, resembling a willow tree blowing in the weed. They, of course, carry their own sword that serves as a distraction. "Well, this technique is basically a technique that allows you to create distractions, which are the multiple hands waving; once you're distracted, I am able to strike you down with the original sword... So now, break out from the illusion before I come there to strike you! Also, I'd like an explanation as to how you came to the conclusion that you were trapped in an illusion, and combinations as well."

Description: The user waves their sword back and forth, which when seen by the target locks them in a genjutsu which causes them to hallucinate multiple waving arms. The movement resembles that of a willow tree blowing in the wind. With the enemy off guard, the user is free to cut them down.

*Being put in a genjutsu, Rogue begins to see arms waving back and forth with a sword in the hand just like how the teacher was doing it. Rogue realizes that these arms are all identical and doing the same movement as you were. There is no way arms could be coming out of the places they are and they wouldn't all be the same. Rogue realizes that this is a Genjutsu and channels lightning through his body and releases it in a non-focused outburst of electricity. As he does this, the genjutsu is broken and Rogue sees his sensei in front of him.*

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

"Hmm, the way I figured out that I was under a genjutsu was relatively simple. As I saw these arms appear, I realized they were all identical and holding identical swords to yours. You were waving your sword in front of me and I realized that arms really can't be coming out of the ground and such so you must have put me under a genjutsu causing me to see these things. For combinations with this technique, because I think most would use a large channel burst of chakra to break out of it because of all of the hands surrounding you, I would actually use another jutsu right after that is very quick and comes from below or above, preferably below, so that it won't be affected by the large burst of chakra and can hit them before they break out."

"Great job!" Nico Robin complimented as she clapped."Let us continue. This next technique requires the usage of four hand seals. Perform the hand seals and send chakra to a targets' chakra system in order to disrupt it. The illusion begins with the user suddenly and spontaneously disappearing and simultaneously, an imaginary vine whip grows from the ground and beneath the target. The vines bind the targets' body and lifts them up in the air, and a pod appears from the ground near the lifted target in which the user will appear to strike - which should be much easier since the enemy is completely immobilized." Nico Robin performs several hand seals as she spoke. The illusion would take effect shortly after she says the following, "As usual, a defense, performance please. Afterwards, explain a combination you'd use with this technique."

Description: Similar to Illusion Technique: Tree Binding Death, the user will do the Dog → Hare → Snake → Ram hand seals and trigger an illusion where the user first disappears, while the target sees several bean vines growing from the ground around and beneath him. These vines bind the target body, lifting them into the air. Then a bean pod rises from the ground to reveal the user, ready to strike. In reality, the opponent is immobilized by the illusion, allowing the user to strike.
