[Gen] Genjutsu with Kiritsugu

Ever since I started watching Naruto and reading it, Genjutsu has always intrigued me and how it truly works has always been a sort of mystery to me. Itachi and other Genjutsu users have also always been some of my favorite characters. Along with this, I have seen in RP people use Genjustu in very cool and creative ways and the old Kazekage Emperor is one of my sort of people I aspire to be like in the RP and he is a sort of master of Genjustu. I want to be able to implement these cool Genjustu techniques into my fight style to diversify my fight style and create and even more personalized fighting style.

Genjustu works by the user using his own Chakra to manipulate the Chakra in the mind and body of the opponent. The user manipulates the Chakra in the person so that the person thinks something is happening such as a giant flower is formin under them or they are being cut by hundreds of blades. It can affect all the senses by manipulating their senses to feel something that is not actually happening. It can cause the person mental damage due to the feelings that are felt or some Genjutsu can cause actual harm by making the pain receptors actually feel what the user is making the person think is happenin to them. It can also cause no harm and be used just as a distraction. Finally, creativity is important because Genjustu is based on what a person can come up with and think of to make happen to a person. If one wants to create Genjutsu, they must be creative in how they distort the person's mind and what thoughts they prevoke to make that happen and cause damage or whatever they want.

I am not sure I completely understand so I will do my best. But to my understanding, you could cause them to think a certain thing such as maybe lightning coming from the sky or something like that so they are forced to use something strong against lightning in a certain direction leaving them open for an attack that using something like Fire that would use the Wind to make it even stronger thus helping your own move. Do I have the correct understanding or am I off?
Um, I can't really say so. You understand the elemental weaknesses? So, for example, if you fake a Water jutsu through Genjutsu, they would think it's real Water and use Earth to counter it. However, you can simply use the illusion to mask something like a Lightning jutsu...is this better?
I believe so. So, to wrap up - if you make them see a huge lightning jutsu is coming, you can follow it up with a personal Fire Jutsu because you know that they would be using a wind jutsu to counter that lightning jutsu.
Thus, the fire would eat up the wind and be redirected back at him.
