-How the technique is performed. (which is basic for all techniques) I would perform the two requires handseals and mold my chakra in such a way that it would only work for this technique. I send my chakra to my opponent's eyes, letting it in their chakra system. When i disrupt their chakra system, i send more chakra in their eyes since it would be an ocular technique. After doing so, i manipulate my chakra and their chakra and make them see small and light vortex of leaves surrounding themselves. I then send my chakra to their brain, with the use of my chakra i dig deep in their psyches and look for their inner fear. I amiplify that fear in their brain and direct it towards their eyes, making them see it up close.
-What senses the genjutsu affects and how it affects them? This jutsu affects the sight because it makes you see leaves out of no where, swirling around you. After that, you see your most feared thing right in front of you, which is probably going to be obvious that you are under a genjutsu.
-How the genjutsu creates an opening for the attack. This genjutsu creates an opening for an attack by making your opponent hesitant on attacking, or more like distracted. If they see the most feared thing, they would be pretty scared and would not be focusing on you. During that period of scared-ness, you can use another technique to attack them while they are still under the illusion
-In what situations would use it, if you would use it at all. Provide reasoning. I would use this technique in situations where they are performing techniques that require a lot of handseals, like that water dragon technique. When they are using handseals, it would take a while to finish the technique where i can easily inject my chakra in their system during that time period. They may slow down their handseals when they see the most feared thing, and if it really is that scary they might even stop their technique all together.

( Kori Shinchū no Jutsu ) - Sly Mind Affect Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user casts an illusion on the opponent that makes them believe they are travelling in a straight line, when instead they are moving in circles. This is only effective on moving opponents. If the opponent travels in the circle for hours, they will be exhausted.

A basic illusion that affects the opponent's basic sense of vision and affects slightly with the coordination of the opponent's body. This illusion only works on opponent's that are already moving. Essentially what this technique does it make an opponent who is running directly at you believe that you are still moving straight except they are actually moving around in circles. This is great when an opponent is trying to come at you to attack in short range, because this technique extends all the way up to mid-range, you can just use this technique to make your opponent believe that they are still coming at you except they will feel that they are not getting closer. Though in their mind they see straight, you manipulate their sense of direction that that they begin moving in circles over and over again thus not getting close to you at all. You can use this technique to create an opponent where you opponent does not realize that they have been trapped in the genjutsu until obviously after sometime in which they can see that they are no getting close to you, which will force them to get closer. In that brief time, you can attack them with another jutsu so they are forced to guard immediately after breaking out. If your opponent uses this one you, reason yourself on how you are no making distance, and break out. As displacement of position is the most important aspect of this tech.

-How the technique is performed. (which is basic for all techniques) I see my opponent running towards me readying their hands to form a few handseals. As they run towards me, i inject my chakra in their chakra system my sending my chakra from my body to the air and direct it in their body. My chakra disrupts their chakra system and ruins their brain thinking and visual thinking. With this, i make them run in circles while they believe they are running in a straight line.
-What senses the genjutsu affects and how it affects them? This jutsu affects the visual senses, the eyes. When they are running "straight" they are only running in circles. It affects the eyes because they will see that they are running straight but not know of the jutsu being placed on them. Furthermore, they will see me in one spot, not getting any closer or farther.
-How the genjutsu creates an opening for the attack. This jutsu creates an opening from an attack by helping you avoid an attack first. When they want to perform a technique in short range, which is the reason they'd be running towards you, you can cast this genjutsu so they won't reach short range making you avoid the attack. Also, this creates an opening for an attack because it lets you attack them while they are continuing to run. They will continue to run until they will meet the goal of reaching you in short-range, which will take forever if they don't release from a genjutsu. The time they spend running around in circles is the time you can use to attack.
-In what situations would use it, if you would use it at all. Provide reasoning. I would use this obviously when they are running closer to me. If they need to be in short-range then i will use this technique to make them run around in circles, making them unable to reach their goal. Also, if they are performing a jutsu while running towards me, i would use this technique because they would be more focused on releasing themselves from the illusion instead of the technique they were working on before. Lastly, i would use this technique to attack while they are running in circles. When they are running, looking away from me, i will use the technique because they would not be able to see me. Or i would alter the terrain with an earth technique or create a hole in the ground while they are running.

Question: Can you use this when theyre only walking? How about if they are riding water like the azure water stream?

As the technique itself states, you can use it on moving targets. They do not have to be walking.

( Genjutsu: Jinmon ) - Illusion Technique: Interrogation
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost:15
Damage Points:30
Description: The user of this technique, upon casting on a stationary opponent with physical contact with them, is able to convince the enemy to give away information. However, this will only work on ninja two ranks lower and below than the caster.

Sadly this technique has absolutely no use in the battle arena and has incredibly limited used in even the ninja world. I will not explain it much but I will explain what in does in general understanding. The technique simply makes the opponent give away valuable information by convincing the opponent that you are someone that the opponent can trust. Basically in the context of our RP, information cannot be given out like that in straight forward understanding. And in the battle arena information of this sort is essentially useless. It above that requires you to have physical contact and be in short range. I would not use this technique, if it is attempted then Nagashi is the basic counter.

Meh, this tech sucks D:
-How the technique is performed. (which is basic for all techniques) I gather my normal, untampered chakra in my system and send it towards my opponent's brain and chakra system. With my chakra infiltrating their chakra system, i would be disrupting their chakra system making them see illusions. I focus the chakra in the eyes to make an optical illusion, where the person caught in the genjutsu would think that i am a person that could be trusted (Their Kage, boss, etc.)
-What senses the genjutsu affects and how it affects them? This genjutsu affects the sight sense. The genjutsu will make the opponent see that i am his kage, or boss, or something like that so i would seem trustworthy. They will think that i am the real deal, and thus, think of me as trustworthy and tell me any important intel.
-How the genjutsu creates an opening for the attack. This genjutsu is not used for battle, so the next two bullet points might be short. If you were to use this in battle (the very unlikely chance) It would create an opening for an attack because they would think of you as trustworthy. They might possibly tell you their next techniques that they would be using, and their future plans. Though it would be hard to get in contact, it is still possible.
-In what situations would use it, if you would use it at all. Provide reasoning. Would not use it at all. Well, if the RP was revamped, i would try to kidnap a general of a village and find a hideout to hide in while i extract intel. I would knock them out before capturing them so that they would not fight back. When i get to the hide out i would perform this technique before they awaken, so that they would be ready to give me intel afterwards. Or, i could set up a bunch of genjutsu in case they notice that this was an illusion. But in terms of battle, i would use this technique to get into close range and touch their head (after pulling them underground) With that, i would make them tell me their plans. U_U

yeah this was kinda hard for me to do lol

So this jutsu would work well if the RP was revamped.. imagine kidnapping a higher-up in a certain village and taking information from them!

( Genjutsu: Jigoku Gouka ) - Illusion Technique: Hell Fire
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points:N/A
Description: The user casts an illusion where the opponent sees a huge ball of fire descending from the sky and enveloping its target.

A genjutsu can't really get more basic then this. The user of the technique simply affects the opponent's vision. This technique keep in mind only affects the opponent's vision then they can be overcome with the fact that they are enveloped in fire which can cause some mental distress but it does not cause the opponent to feel like they are burning so it does not do that much mental damage, or enough mental damage to cause an opponent to faint. You will simply make an image of a fire ball above the opponent and it will seem as though the fire ball is coming from above. You can analyze this as a genjutsu by first questioning how the fire can randomly appear in the sky, as fire needs to be generated somehow. This will give you room to follow up with this as the reason it is an illusion because the fire originated without a physical source. After that, you can just stab yourself and break out. Use this technique mainly to make your opponent look up to distract them from possible attacks from below.

-How the technique is performed. (which is basic for all techniques) I gather my normal chakra and inject it inside my opponents body through an opening such as the eyes. I use my chakra and channel it in their chakra system, disrupting their chakra system. This gives me the ability to make them experience illusions. I use my chakra to make them see a large fireball raining down from the sky like a meteor
What senses this genjutsu affects and how it affects them This genjutsu affects the visual senses, in other words, their eyes. This jutsu makes the user see a fireball from the sky in an illusion, but in reality, it is nothing, no fire ball at all. This is used as a distraction to make them look up.
How this genjutsu creates an opening for an attack: This is a simple genjutsu and unfortunetely, the opening would not be as lomg. This genjutsu will make them look in the sky to see a fire ball in the sky, making them lose contact of you. however, it qould be easy to distinguish from reality because the fire is made unnaturally. Nevertheless, it still creates an opening to perform a quick attack while theyre looking up.
In what situation you would use it, if you would use it at all. Provide reasoning I would use this technique when i dojt have to defend against anything from them. So, when they look up in the beginning, i can do a technique that comes from the ground, the opposite side of where they are looking. I could use the earth technique that crushes you in two section of rock or the A rankc technique, water dragon biting thing.

( Genjutsu: Kasumi no Jutsu ) - Illusion Technique: Mist Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user creates an illusionary clone that charges towards the enemy, jumps, then explodes in a cloud of cherry blossom petals which results in confusing the opponent and obscuring their vision, leaving them open for attack.

Another genjutsu that manipulates the opponent's vision. This genjutsu's basic action is to cause the opponent to believe that you have made a clone. The clone is obviously a figment of their imagination that you make them see.The clone then begins to run toward the opponent and jumps up into the air. Up until this point, the clone has done no strange actions. A such, the illusion should not be able to be easily discerned unless you physically test the clone by throwing a kunai at it and seeing if it passes through, or if you have a visual technique you can see the difference or you can sense the difference with sensing abilities. This is a great technique to use to trick your opponent into believing that you made a shadow clone or a great technique to combine with shadow clone jutsu to blend the illusion in with the real clones. But obviously you have to make sure that you know the opponent doesn't have a way to easily just break out of it. Once the clone gets close to the opponent you manipulate their vision further to cause the clone to explode and blind and confuse them with cherry blossoms. You can use this as a moment to attack. Because of the tricky nature of the technique since shadow clones are so common, you can analyze this technique by just exploiting the fact that the clone is an illusion and will just pass through physical objects. The once you determine that, you can break out.

-How the technique is performed. (which is basic for all techniques) I see my target in front of me. I send my chakra in the air and inject in in their chakra system, infiltrating their eyes and brain. I use my chakra that is now in their chakra system to make them experience an illusion. I construct the illusion to make it look like i have created a clone, and this clone is running towards them. Once the clone gets into closer-range, i will add more chakra and continue to mess up their chakra system, furthering the illusion and making the clone explode into petals.
-What senses this genjutsu affects and how it affects them This technique affects the sight senses. The user will believe that a clone has been made from the user, and they will react. The clone will be running towards them and it affects their sight because they will be fixated on the clone and not the real deal. It also affects them because once the clone gets into closer range, it will "explode" Into many petals, covering their sight.
-How this genjutsu creates an opening for an attack: This illusion creates an opening for an attack because it is a believable one. When the target sees the illusion, they will think that an actual clone has been made and would be running towards them. Since the clone looks like the user, the only way to find out is by making physical contact with it and having the physical item go through the illusion. Unless they do that, it would be hard to know that they are in a genjutsu. When they are focused on the clone, i can have myself performing a technique. The clone will explode into many petals so theyre sight would be covered, where i can launch a technique without thinking that it would be seen easily. So basically, it creates an opening by having the clone be a target or a lure and a distraction.
In what situation you would use it, if you would use it at all. Provide reasoning I would use this technique when i am against an opponent and i am having a hard time pushing my opponent, and they are winning. I would create one normal clone. I would have the illusion in place while the real clone would be running in an arc, to the left towards my opponent. My illusion would be running to the right, and it would be jumping so when it jumps to my opponent, it would block their vision. Also, since theyre are two clones, i could use them as a distraction while the real me performs a technique that comes out of the ground. If they avoid the technique from the ground, the clone will be the one to attack.

That was the last C-rank Genjutsu. I'll allow your friend to join you since you are both at the same point in training from henceforth. After he enters the training session, I will start with the B-ranks. (Also, I've deliberately ignored Kai because it is relative to rank and I will teach it as a finishing note to the training)

(Magen: Nijū Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu) Demonic Illusion: Double False Surroundings Technique
Type: Supplmentary
Rank: B-Rank
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A
Description:
The user will do a sequence of 3 handseals, putting his opponents under a double layered Genjutsu. The user is able to create false surroundings to fool his targets, much like the simpler version of the technique. However, the illusion is in fact layered. If the opponent manages to release the first one, he will then feel the effects of the second illusion. If, for example, the first illusion is that of a desert and the second that of a forest, upon releasing the first one, the opponent will see the desert fade away while the forest appears around him, making him think he dispelled the illusion while in essence he is still caught in one. Each illusion is equivalent to C-Rank and both are casted at the same time. While normal releases will release only one illusion at a time, a strong enough pain or an external source of chakra can dispel both at the same time.

This a more advanced version one of the techniques that you have learned so far.

"This is a basic illusion that affects the way the opponent's sees the terrain. The main sense affected by this technique is sight. You cannot make the opponent feel certain aspects of the terrain such as making the ground rise up around them as that would exceed the capabilities of the technique. Each illusion has a limit to how much it can affect the opponent which is how it creates a certain opening. This technique use is used to manipulate the opponents sight of their surroundings to make it seem like everything around them had changed. Because this is a purely visual technique, an opponent with an eye technique able to see through it or a sensor, can brush it off like its nothing. When this technique is used, because the opponent sees the terrain differently, use it to your advantage to combine it with another attack or move. You can make an earth wall rise up skillfully to hide yourself from your opponents vision. If this is used against you, analyze the changes in terrain to detect whether they are possible or not."

Read this again for the principles then I will explain it further. Now, the important thing to remember about this genjutsu is to keep in mind what the first terrain was. For example, if the first terrain was a grassy field, then the illusion puts you in a desert, afterward once you break out of the first illusion you are in a forest, then you obviously know that something is up. Because logically you should be back in the grassy field, so this is one way that you can realize that the terrain has changed. Now there is one way you can ignore the layering completely, and that's by breaking out of both the same time. This is done by a strong enough pain or chakra surge to just break you out completely. You can use the genjutsu breaking guidelines to view ways to break out of it but the most simple way I would say is a stab to a minor muscle after determining the change in terrain. It is not a very useful technique to use personally, but I find it a fun and interesting technique just because you can change the surroundings to make it look like there is no water source, etc, but not much active use.

-How the technique is performed. (which is basic for all techniques) I gather my normal chakra and perform the three required hand seals to perform this technique. I then send out my chakra towards my opening and inject it in their chakra system. Afterwards, I disrupt their chakra with mine and add even more chakra to disrupt the chakra flow in two different parts of their chakra system. With my chakra injected in their chakra system, I am able to control there senses to make them experience an illusion.
-What senses the genjutsu affects and how it affects them? This technique affects the targets sense of sight. This jutsu is a tad more complex then before, because it includes two genjutsus at once. The target will believe that they have seen an illusion because the terrain will change. Not only does the terrain change once, but twice. If the target is able to release from the genjutsu, they will experience another illusion. Making it two illusions in one technique.
-How the genjutsu creates an opening for the attack. This genjutsu will create an opening because of the way it alters the terrain, TWICE. When the user will see changes in the terrain, they will most likely notice the changes and break out of it. However, once that happens a second terrain alter will take place and they will have to break out of that as well. This will give the user enough time to perform a technique while the target is analyzing the surroundings and changes of the two new terrains and releasing themselves from the illusion.
-In what situations would use it, if you would use it at all. Provide reasoning. Well I would use this technique to alter the terrain, but not so much on a big way. First, I would try to get my opponent in front of the water source, so they will be facing away from it then perform the genjutsu. For the first layer, I would change it into something complex and extremely different. I would change the terrain into a terrain that looks exactly like an ocean. The second layer would be the plain grassy fields, all plain and grassy. When they break out of the first one, they will see the normal plain and grassy terrain. However, in the illusion, the water source is gone and because they are facing away from the water source, they will most likely not notice the disappearance of the water source. Because of this I can perform a water technique from the water source and surprise them. (The before terrain is plain grassy fields with a water source.)

Hope that made sense >_< one question though, do you need to use two kai's or just one to break out of this illusion?

-How the technique is performed. (which is basic for all techniques)
I start to build/mold my chakra, once done I chennel it to my chakra points from which I release em unto the target, I allow my chakra to get into my target chakra system and then disturb the targets chakra flow, from there I form 3 hand seals, and with my chakra already in my targets chakra system, I put my target in a gejutsu, Which is double layered.
-What senses the genjutsu affects and how it affects them?
This genjutsu affects the sense of sight and sense to feel. This genjutsu affects the sight meaning that as the terrain is altered, its the victim that sees the altered terrain which explains how this genjutsu affects the sight, it also affects the sense to feel meaning thag if the original terrain was a desert, and this genjutsu is casted on the victim, the victim then runs into a forest from the desert, the victims sense of feeling is also affected because he would no longer feel the scorching sun, because the trees in the forest are blocking the sun, and also he would feel the trees of he touches them.
-How the genjutsu creates an opening for the attack.
This genjutsu creats an opening in so many ways, the first one is that when the victim breaks out of the first layer of genjutsu he would think he is free, this can allow me to attack/kill him in an instant as he is still in the 2nd layer of the genjutsu, another way is that the way I perform the 3 hand seals and the illusion I choose to create, my opponent might think its an earth jutsu for a rocky terrain, a wood jutsu for forest, a water jutsu for ocean, a sand jutsu for desert, allowing my victim to not instantly know that's its a genjutsu, and either attack with a normal jutsu, therefore allowing me to kill him.
-In what situations would use it, if you would use it at all. Provide reasoning.
I don't think I would use this genjutsu, in our current RP. Where meta gaming is happily used, my opponent would probably use a stupid explanation as to how he figured out it was double layered and he broke out of it.

@edward I think all u need to do is to do a higher ranked.kai and just once. Like this genjutsu is a 2 c rank making it a b rank, so I think a b ranked kai can break it, but to be safer An A ranked kai is to be safe.

( Konoha-Ryū: Yanagi ) - Leaf Ninja Art: Willow
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 35
Description: The user waves their sword back and forth, which when seen by the target locks them in a genjutsu which causes them to hallucinate multiple waving arms. The movement resembles that of a willow tree blowing in the wind. With the enemy off guard, the user is free to cut them down.

A technique that takes advantage of the opponent's vision to distort how they perceive the natural world around them. The technique takes advantage of a simple waving motion to resemble a willow tree in the wind. The illusion basically works without hand seals but you do need to do the waving motion with your sword. When you wave the sword back and froth, alter the opponent's vision to make it seem as though there are multiple arms waving around in front of them. They will lose track of where you really are, which will give you the space to attack them with the opening that is creating. You can use this jutsu with a wind technique that enhances you blade so can increase the potency of your attacks. One thing to keep in mind is that this jutsu only goes up to short range so you must get close to your target. You can realize this a genjutsu either by figuring out why the multiple arms are appearing through reasoning or by chakra sensing which is the obvious one. Then just stab yourself to break out of it.

-How the technique is performed. (which is basic for all techniques) I take my sword and slowly swing it around in a circular pattern. When my target looks into the sword, i would use the normal chakra i gathered in the sword and inject it to my opponent's chakra system. I disrupt their chakra system by adding my foreign chakra and stopping the normal flow of their chakra. Now that my chakra has infiltrated their chakra system and disrupted it, i am able to use my chakra to make them experience illusions.
-What senses the genjutsu affects and how it affects them? This technique affects the targets sense of sight. By inserting your chakra in their chakra flow while they are looking at the tip of your sword, you are able to make them see things that aren't really there in the real world. In the illusionary world, they will see that their are multiple arms with swords waving towards them.
-How the genjutsu creates an opening for the attack. This technique creates an opening for an attack because it would leave your target confused. They will not know what arm and sword is real, meaning they won't know which one to defend against. Also, when they are off guard because of the target being overwhelmed with the amount of swords and hands, they will be vulnerable where you can attack them.
-In what situations would use it, if you would use it at all. Provide reasoning. I would use this technique by of course, getting into short-range. I would start the RP with some dialogue and continue on with the technique by quickly equipping my sword and begin waving it in a circular motion. After they are caught in the genjutsu, i would slash them while they are vulnerable and use the 2 of my remaining three jutsu move to perform deadly kenjutsus.

Question: Which wind technique can we use to enhance the power of the genjutsu?

-How the technique is performed. (which is basic for all techniques)
i pull out my sword from my back with my right hand and place it by my right side, from there i start to build my chakra and release it into my opponent, as i release my chakra into my opponent, i start to wave my sword back and forth and as my opponent looks at the sword, i make my chakra which is already in my opponents chakra system to disturb his chakra system, causing him to fall under my genjutsu, i make my chakra affect his eyes as he is focused on the sword, i cause him to see multiple of my hands waving the sword back and forth.
-What senses the genjutsu affects and how it affects them?
I believe it affects the senses to see, feel and hear, and how it affects them is, once he is caught in the genjutsu, his eyes would see multiple hands waving the sword back and forth(hallucinate), then it affects his sense to feel as since his eyes are locked on the multiple waving arms his body feels lost, just like how people waves a pocket watch infront of you and when you focus on it for a given amount time you become numb or hypnotised for some seconds, so the opponent will be numbed for some seconds keeping him in place, and also its takes over the opponent sound to hear, because as the jutsu states, resembles the will tree blowing in the wind meaning that the opponent would hear the sound of a blowing wind and not hear me coming for him.
-How the genjutsu creates an opening for the attack.
the genjutsu creates an opening for attack at the point the opponent or victim is numb for some seconds, since he is focused on the waving sword his whole body would be numb, and what makes it even better is that his sense to hear is focused on a blowing wind, which means that he wont hear my attack.
-In what situations would use it, if you would use it at all. Provide reasoning.
i would use it, in a kenjutsu battle, i use a sasuke bio so i have a sword and when engaged in a kenjutsu battle, i can just use this technique when he attacks, or right before he attacks

Answer: None. You can't use a wind tech to boost the power of the illusion. You can use it to increase the potency of your blade.

( Genjutsu: Ingemame Ketsugō Sakkaku ) - Illusion Technique String Bean Binding Illusion
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: Similar to Illusion Technique: Tree Binding Death, where the user first disappears, while the target sees several bean vines growing from the ground. These vines bind the target body, lifting them into the air. Then a bean pod rises from the ground to reveal the user, ready to strike. In reality, the opponent is immobilized by the illusion, allowing the user to strike.

A illusion that affects the opponents vision but this one also affects the opponent's sense of touch. The latter is the most important for this illusion to work. The illusion causes the opponent to believe that there are vines that rise out of the ground and ensnare the opponent. This illusion actually manipulates the opponent's sense of touch and cause them to believe that they are trapped in the vines. This is a great illusion to use in order to stop your opponent from attack. It is a solid genjutsu if used carefully and strategically, but not a great genjutsu if it is just spammed. The illusion will essentially allow you to stop the opponent and create a opening for an attack. Break out if it quickly because after it wraps around you, it'll be hard to break out. So stab yourself as soon as you see it come up. But you have state the reason for which you believe it is a genjutsu and that completely depends on the opponent's usage.

-How the technique is performed. (which is basic for all techniques) I see my opponent running towards me, with a seal ready to be placed. I send my chakra in my opponents chakra system, by injecting it through an opening in their body. Once my chakra is there, i am able to disrupt their chakra system and normal flow of chakra and take control of their senses- the sight and touch. I am able to make them see an illusion, in this case, vines will pop up and ensnare my target, making them unable to move. In the illusion, i would come out of a bean to attack.
-What senses the genjutsu affects and how it affects them? Sight and Touch senses are being affected in this technique. The sight sense is being affected because the target will visually see the vines growing out from the ground, they will see themselves being wrapped by the vines and they will see the user appearing out of the bean. Touch is being affected because it will make them feel the vines touching them, they will actually feel being somewhat squeezed by the vines.
-How the genjutsu creates an opening for the attack. This genjutsu is incredibly useful, in my opinion. It can create an opening by simply constricting their movements and leaving them unable to move at all, which disables them from performing techniques as well. Since they will feel being constricted, and see themselves being constricted, you can easily swoop in for the kill while they are somewhat paralyzed. I also feel this genjutsu is useful, because it can be used on moving targets.. i think o_o
-In what situations would use it, if you would use it at all. Provide reasoning. I would use it to simply constrict my target of their movements. If i were to use it, i would use it during short-range, so if they do happen to break out, i would be at a closer-range and thus, attacking faster. When they are constricted, i can perform a fast-paced technique. I would use a technique that is a high-ranking water technique, followed up with a lightning technique to completely paralyze them.

Question: Can this be used on a moving target?
