Who is the best genjutsu user alive???

I was thinking about all the genjutsu users since genjutsu can be a way to defeat Obito...
To my surprise none of the genjutsu users I could think of was not from hidden leaf...

Do others villages have no genjutsu users???

Why isn't Kurenai in the fight?

Who among the genjutsu users in the war do u think have a chance against Jubito and how????​

Shisui Uchiha and Itachi Uchiha + Hashirama a bit. Uchihas are pros in Genjutsu.
