*Ren uses a substitution jutsu with my lunch box to flop on the ground a few steps away.*

I surrender, I mean hello sensei. I was just resting my eyes for a moment. How are you today? x_x

"Genjutsu creates false realities or illusions which do not directly cause any physical damage. It is executed by the user inserting his chakra into the target, disturbing and manipulating the targets chakra flow to control their senses so that what they see, feel or hear is not true. Genjutsu can be used to hide attacks or disable the opponent. Because genjutsu works by manipulating the target's chakra it can be nullified by the target of the genjutsu disrupting their own chakra with a more powerful disruption than that of the genjutsu itself. This can also be done more easily by an ally inserting their own chakra to do the same thing. People that use genjutsu must be very intelligent to trick the opponent and they must have precise chakra control to express their will over that of the opponent." Valhalen said in his sleep.

So you didn't learn anything so we're starting fresh here. First things first, I will be basing most of our training from this thread here . I will be going through most of the topics in here relatively briefly as this is a resource for you to reference whenever you have general questions for genjutsu. I will be going more in depth about advanced topics and deal with more practical of genjutsu to allow you to actually do well with it. I'm not technique oriented in my training, meaning I look for your competency in understanding topics rather than simply handing you jutsu and letting you find out shit on your own. That being said if you prove to me you can grasp the topics I throw at you well enough this will go along smoothly.

As for my specific style of training, I use the Method System, a system that is different than the conventional technique-by-technique training system based on rank that you've probably been using and learning. My system is based off of how I was taught the basic elements from my teachers Liliana and Scorps and I've since helped them expand it and made it my own and us it for virtually all my teachings. The way I teach techniques and topics is based on groupings of techniques with similar qualities, not rank. I will explain to you the conventions of any specific method and the nature that all of the techniques in that method have in common and then give you the specific techniques for you to see the nuances between them. That being said, a method could have techniques of various ranks from E to Forbidden. You will learn them all regardless of your current rank but if you do not have sufficient enough rank to actually learn the technique you are not allowed to use the technique until you reach the appropriate rank. Since you are Sannin level you are capable of using all ranks and therefore won't have that issue.

Since you've been here for a while, I'm not going to run you through the intro that I do noobs and we'll jump in. I want you to answer a few questions OOC before we begin and training just to get to know you a bit better.

1. What is your favorite skill (ninjutsu, water release, genjutsu, etc.) that you find yourself most interested in developing your ability in?

2. If the answer to your first question isn't genjutsu, on a scale of 1 - 10 how well do you like genjutsu and how much do you think you'd actually ever use outside of training?

3. How well do you think you know the RP battle system and NW system and how frequently do you fight, go into the NW?
