Moving on:

(Genjutsu: Jinmon) - Illusion Technique: Interrogation
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost:15
Damage Points:30
Description: The user of this technique, upon casting on a stationary opponent with physical contact with them, is able to convince the enemy to give away information. However, this will only work on ninja two ranks lower and below than the caster.

Okay this technique only works on non-moving targets they either have to be standing still [which is unlikely] or you have trapped them down somehow, then by using touch you have placed them in a genjutsu, this gen convinces them to give out information they usually wouldn't. But, this technique only works on ninja that are two ranks lower then you, the caster.

To be honest, the only use I see in this technique is in the ninja world. In a situation were I'd be having a friendly conversation with a person from another village, but of course, my real goal would be to cast the genjutsu and betray that person and ask about all the info I want. Like you said, its hard to do because not everyone would you touch them let alone, shake your hand. xD

I did forget and I'm sorry.

Next!

(Genjutsu: Jigoku Gouka) - Illusion Technique: Hell Fire
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points:N/A
Description: The user casts an illusion where the opponent sees a huge ball of fire descending from the sky and enveloping its target.

Just by looking at my clone, you will place him in this genjutsu, but of course you need insert your chakra into his brain, this technique makes the clone believe they are seeing a big ball of fire coming from the sky, this technique can be used in a lot of different situations. Example, you could cast this, and then use a water technique, or something along those lines, the range is good for a low rank, and for genjutsu in general.

This is an interesting technique, but there seem to be some flaws which in my opinion make the technique not that useful. So the user basically sends their chakra onto their target, making them believe there's a large fireball coming from the sky and heading towards them. To make this technique seem more real, one should perform "fake" hand seals, this is also, one of the flaws of this technique. Your opponent could easily say, that the user never performed any hand seals, which can give away that you used a genjutsu. One more thing I noticed, which also is a flaw is that the fireball appears in the sky. If the user is standing in the ground, and just mainly makes the fireball appear in the sky, your opponent could say that you never released the flames from your mouth, which is how mostly fire techniques work. Unless of course, you take a scroll out as to make it seem you are summoning the fire, but then again, who's going to waste all that time in the ground, while you can perform other techniques, and who's going to be using a scroll in the sky? no one. xD

While the technique could work, I don't see a lot of potential in it. Just my opinion.

You are one of the first people to say that. But, I can see why.

(Genjutsu: Kasumi no Jutsu) - Illusion Technique: Mist Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user creates an illusionary clone that charges towards the enemy, jumps, then explodes in a cloud of cherry blossom petals which results in confusing the opponent and obscuring their vision, leaving them open for attack.

With this one, look at your target; thus inserting your chakra into there brain, the target will see a clone run towards them, the clone explodes in a cloud of cherry blossoms, which in the end confuse the target, I can see this being a very obvious genjutsu, personally. There is no technique besides this and a few other genjutsu techniques, that use this method. But, I guess the good thing about this technique is that it does leave them open to an attack, and the range is good.
