Personally I'd go with Ninjutsu simply for the flashy powers. Though there are good reasons for the other two:

Genjutsu: If your goal is to control the world, this is easily your best bet. With genjutsu you'd be able to control the world's most influential people from the shadows.

Taijutsu: Aside from Ninjutsu, having high-level Taijutsu would also be incredibly fun. To be worthwhile, I'd want Taijutsu on the level of Gai.

Fact are what the facts are tysk special ability is that its able to control the person's perspective of time that is what makes it special.

Tsukuyomi requires eye contact to be performed, trapping the target within an illusion completely under the user's control. Itachi's prowess with the technique has allowed him to alter the perception of time with ease within the genjutsu to make a few seconds seem like many days as a means to torture the target. This results in the victim suffering psychological trauma
that's more or less what I just said. lol
I thought Tsukuyomi had no effect on real time

Yup, it doesn't effect real time but instead ignores it. That's why danzo was laughing his ass off at sasuke saying his genjutsu was so pitiful compared to itachi's since tsuku-time obeys it's own rules instead of real-time. asuma said kakashi fell while itachi was talking, which kakashi quoted it was just sec but felt like days. so even if someone managed to break him or himself out, the mental torture of hours would've still transpired which makes it

but the point i'm making for non-tsukuyomi gen. is that instead of changing the perception of time (cause they can't obviously) they instead change the visual perception to into it's genjutsu, forcing the victim to not realize he's trapped in gen, and when they do finally realize they are, it'd already be too late. like I said, sasuke's cast the gen from mid-range. but was broken by danzo very close range logically, if sasuke was smart he could've easily had one shot him w/ amaterasu or susanoo arrow from point A and would've won the fight right there. which is why I believe w/ plot tsukuyomi is still op, but w/o plot, is just as good if not better (since alot of them don't require eye contact) as long as they're used correctly.

Taijutsu and Genjutsu.

Being physically strong all the while mentrally as well makes the perfect combination.

Ninjutsu tho is too fancy for me. At least in this world.
