Genjutus is extremely hard to do and easily broken so how top tier
Taijutsu is just martial arts we all can learn it....
Ninjutsu because im a very creative person
Gudoudama negates Ninjutsu while Preta Path absorbs Ninjutsu yet this did not stop Kamui from circumventing either technique. Therefore, S/T Ninjutsu is not Ninjutsu.
lol because if not for plot they could've easily been killed long before the chance to break it

That only tsy that can control your perception of time all other genjutus is in real time
lolz altered perception is every genjutsu. if you can fool someone's perception, their real time is meaningless. example: sasuke's distance prior to snaring danzo in genjutsu to sasuke's position when danzo broke it, was a very large gap. without plot, sasuke could've easily one shot him with amaterasu instead of taking his sweet time attempting to stab danzo in the back. tsukuyomi's perception controls the victim's time meaning even if the user notices and attempts to break it, it'd already be too late. Both deadly.
