So Genjutsu chakra is the caster's spiritual energy right?

So the stronger the user's spiritual energy is, the stronger the Genjutsu chakra is right?

Sasuke and Madara are Yin dominant users right?

So if a Jin and his partner is hit with Genjutsu from Sasuke, It should take A LOT of spiritual energy to overcome that Genjutsu chakra right? So it is impossible to be immune to genjutsu unless you got no eyes.
