Genjutsu in the Databook

In the Databook, there is a section for genjutsu. Does the number take into account either the ability to cast genjutsu, resistance to genjutsu, or both?

I think it's both, if you'll remember how one part one Hiruzen saw right through Hashirama's Genjutsu, where even Orochimaru couldn't, Hiruzen's knocking straight fives in that school.

That being said; Orochimaru is quite a ***** for Genjutsu.

Orochimaru couldn't see through Hashirama's Grnjutsu? I don't remember that.

He sensed through Hashirama's genjutsu, cause it only effects sight. =D
