Would the jinchurikis with a strong relationship their tailed beasts be able to break any genjutsu. They have shown that a second person can break a genjutsu by changing the charkra flow and the tailed beasts are second entities with own chakra and conscienceness should be able to snap them out of it. Especially killer bee who constantly seiches places with his tailed beast

In response to the topic, perfect Jinchuriki are capable of negating most genjutsu since they can snap each other back into reality.
However, this might not work for genjutsu that works extremely quickly (e.g. Tsyukomi) or one where the target does not realize a genjutsu in effect (e.g. Kotoamatsukami).

No they as resistant to genjutsu, if someone was to get full immunity it would be either Itachi or Sakura.
Essentially they should be able to break most gen jutsu if the beast is aware or the jutsu being cast on it's host.

pretty much this.
People with large chakra pools and good chakra control(ie hashi) are more capable of escapeing strong genjutsus, but some genjutsus, appear to be unbreakable unless there is a other person who will dispel the genjutsu. As a perfect jin always has a partner able to disrupt his/her chakra, Perfect jins are possibly immune to all genjutsu.
KA, and MAYBE tsyukiyomi, are unbreakable(or not easily broken) by a perfect jin. KA is probably the only one a perfect jin cannot break, as it is subtle, and is not based in illusion like other genjutsus.
Also presumeing that the target perfect jin is similar to kabuto(trying to avoid who he/she is) izanami would not be able to be broken by the bijuu(but still easily escapeable)

I think a perfect jin can dispel tsuykyomi, but would probably be caught in its effects some....so an itachi grade tsyukyomi, would inflict harm on the jins mind, but would still be breakable.(if this was untrue, then itachi couldve just collected all the jins with ease, as only a few were perfect jins)

i dont think it matters if its k.a. or tsukiyomi . both of those two genjutsu disturb chakra . 8 or 9 tails would sense the disturbed chakra and break them out

Itachi or Sakura? Itachi could see through most gen because he is an MS user and a gen specialist, Sakura would have the chakra control to, but idk how versed she is with advanced genjutsu. part one sakura was able to break Kabuto's sleeping gen but I don't remember any other gen related feats from her to say she would be immune.
He probably could have taken each jin one on one but he was saving his health for Sasuke and was a double agent so he was trying to avoid capturing any Jin while not blowing his cover.
Naruto wasn't a perfect Jin back then, he only got Kurama on his side recently.
