I Find Itachi the greatest Genius. At the age of 13 he became an Anbu captain.. that's something.

Minato probably wasn't at Itachi's level at that age. (altho he must've been powerfull) same goes for Kakashi.

Obito learned everything from the great Uchiha master himself so it's normal he became so strong.

Orochimaru was also a genius but by far not on the same level as minato/Itachi were
