The team wins thanks to Mitsuki. 1 by 1 Itachi defeats Boruto and Sarada and stops at Mitsuki.

How would he deal with Sarada!
Would he really engage his in hand to hand combat, as her reflexes was able to counter attack from a MS user.

Genjutsu battle would be useless.

And Sarada instantly copies his ninjutsu with perfection. So it can go either way, but Sarada is also super strong, Which is the advantage

I encountered this while browsing on the "Itachi vs. Mitsuki" search and thought it was pretty solid.

Yes, In my opinion he could take down Boruto, and Sarada easily. The only real threat is Mistuki alone. He’s most likely the only character for now that is the strongest of their generation, considering all stats which are intelligence,speed,versatily,power etc. Ok back to Itachi , remember that time with Itachi hiden if it was actually canon or not Im not pretty sure of it though but remember that Itachi just defeated hands down single handedly the Female Anbu which was considered the top of their generation and considered one of the elites? Yes with just his sharingan and a sword alone. Boruto is like his father in the earlier series which is the tank type but kid Itachi could easily sweep him off the floor. Regarding Sarada, hes already pretty familiar with shuriken techniques so its not nothing new to him.
