Standing on a grassy field I start off my attack, skipping introduction, i mold paper out of my hand, three piece of paper to be exact, that then take the shape of a shuriken tool, with one hand I throw the three shuriken at once to hit you on your right and left foot with the third shuriken hitting the ground inbetween your legs.
Once the paper make contact, a label "bomb" appear on them and explode, the three shuriken will explode at the same time...

Seeing her opponent throwing some sort of weapons that was made out of what looked like to be paper, Zora would respond by molding her chakra and unleash a wind-torrent at the incoming projectiles. As they had a split trajectory, so did Zora's wind also have to be or she'd get hit anyway. That being said, the distance the wind would have to travel in order to push back her opponent had to be taken account for. She unleashed four torrents of wind from her limbs(both legs and right hand, later of which was aimed towards the shuriken which was aimed for her crotch z.z) where the shurikens would hit as well as blowing a torrent of wind towards her opponent to push her back and hopefully cause a stir of intimidation. Not likely, but wth. The paper shurikens would, however detonate in a very small scale, picked up by the wind defending Zora's legs and crotch with no harm.
Soon as the wind was unleashed, the counter attack had already sat in motion. Her opponent having to either defend herself or get pushed back and lose a foothold. Drawing advantage of the moment, Zora would throw two gigantic wind-mill shurikens towards her opponent. The last thrown one would hide in the shadow of the first one and with thus be hidden away from the opponent, expecting only one shuriken to hit them. The trajectory of the projectiles goes in an arc like an upside-down U, sweeping down to cut off the throat.
After the shurikens were thrown, Zora would use her wind element once again to create a stream of wind from her mouth that she'd aim on the ground infront of her. Doing this would conceal her present movement from her opponent. The dust would cover up to Mid-range, which include her opponent.
As the dust concealed her movement, she'd take soft steps in a right-angled arc towards her opponent. Minimizing the distance between them to short-range.

As your wind blow my shurikens off their mark, they don't explode rather unfold into their normal shape and flow with your wind, I watch as the wind blow my paper and deduce the wind is a weak one but however still careful, I release more paper around me, from under my feet, a large mass of paper will lift me off the ground while forming a giant elephant, this raise me higher than the wind, then by the left and right side of the elephant, a giant snake and boar will be formed and just above the elephant, a giant eagle soar in the mid air. Note every of this animal is made of paper.
The snake intercept your shadow shuriken tech by using it's mouth to capture the first shuriken and it's body to block the second one. Your second shuriken will not be stopped but rather sent off it's mark.
Now as the snake deals with your attack, I waste no time countering. Using my paper eagle and boar, they rush at you, the boar coming at you from the ground and the eagle from the sky...
(Origami No Jutsu) - Paper Folding Technique
Adding to my counter, I form the Ram handseal and mention these words
"you like wind I see..."
Though this words will be said by me, you will hear it as if someone spoke from behind you, very close to you, the effect of my action send shock to you and make you miss your move leaving you open for my boar and eagle attack...

User would utilizing their paper manipulation skills create different kinds of animals which size varies from smaller ones to the ones bigger in size. Depending on the size of the animal also will depend number of them able as to be created. With smaller ones which approximately reach size of a domestic cat, user would be able to create up to 15 costing them 10 chakra points. When it comes to medium sized animals, user would be able to create up to 10, each reaching size of a lion and costing user 15 chakra points. The biggest animals that are able to be created with this technique can reach size similar to the one of an elephant and overall their number can reach 5 costing 20 chakra points.

I am unsure if your paper-beasts reach me as it says in the description(short-range) but i am not even sure myself it they are themselves limited to short-range or not. I'll go with it though since i am confused and don't really care tbh z.z*
Zora saw her opponent forming animal-shaped figures out of paper to make her levitate, evading the wind-gust. As she had thrown her shurikens away in the trajectory planned, Zora noticed how the paper simply ate up her shurikens. This meant that the force of the shuriken would destroy the paper-figure(since it's wait.. D-rank/4 since 4 figures i guess). Oh werlp..
Seeing the rest of the paper animals going for a counter-attack on her, Zora would keep her distance instead. She had to focus on two animals that came towards her. Not for that long though. She gathered up her wind-chakra once again and created a stream of wind that would carry the paper beasts back to their user along with some rocks from the ground.
As the debris and paper flew towards her opponent, Zora would then hurl a barrage of kunais that had puches tied to them in the direction of her opponent. As the kunais would hit, the pouches would explode and release explosive notes. The large amount of kunais resulted in a big explosion as the final kunai thrown would set fire to the area of impact. The trajectory of the kunais are in line with the opponents present as well as the ground under her. Raining down on the ground if they'd miss.

Considering the terrain we are in (grassy field) your wind technique will pick up small rocks that should not pose a threat however this little detail matters not. I use the hint of floating rocks to note your wind tech and respond quickly. On both my eagle and boar body, the label "bomb" (in Japanese Ofc) will appear and immediately they will explode cancelling out the force of your wind and pushing the rocks back to you. (for the sake of this battle let's say the explosion is D-rank) I timed the explosion to occur inbetween us, meaning it would reach us both but considering am standing on a giant elephant I should be fine, if not I use the trunk of the elephant as my guard. The result from the explosion will create a dusty dense smoke which covers both our vision but then again am elevated above the ground giving me an advantage and disadvantage x_x
I waste no time, I use the smoke to hide my next action from you, I jump off the elephant and run toward your direction, as I jump off the elephant I morph it to form two medium sized leopard. I travel at a 60 degree angle and arrive at my new location; right side of you still at mid range from you, as I arrive i draw your attention by yelling;
"Over here! "
Now, as I was running to my new position, the two leopard will run directly at you so that when I get to my new position they will be within close range to you, you would not be able to notice them thanks to the smoke. As I yell to get your attention the leopards will pounce on you, pushing you to the ground and pinning you down. Should you attempt anything, they will attack, the first leopard will go for your neck and the second will aim at your stomach...

In order to get out of the situation she cuts her hair and tosses it around the place. The hair is infused with her chakra and immobilizes anything that steps on it. The hair will reach in a 120 degree arc reaching out to mid-range(clashing with some of the dust i guess z.z').
Having immobolized all the paper-figures plus her opponent, Zora now had the upper hand and could set off an offense with ease.
She'd gather up her wind chakra and create a 120 degree blast of wind(from her mouth) that would push everything back while dealing blunt damage.
