Scenario 1: Deidara wins, I think. Jōki bōi takes some time to explode, and Deidara could just fly high up in the sky to avoid it if it tries using the trees as a foothold. C3's range, I believe, is enough to destroy the mizukage's clam should he use it and C2 barrages finish the mizukage, since liquefying himself wouldn't be enough to save him from multipl explosions.

Scenario 2: Deidara still wins. This is just a bad matchup for Gengetsu

--Clam genjutsus range gets evaded the moment deidara goes airborne, and so do all of gengetsus attacks, as deidara sends C1 or C2 bombs to take out the clam, or he can simply use a C3 right off the bat which allows him to vaporise the clam and the mzuakge along with it

--Deidara can also outlast the clams summoning time, as once that happens its C4 GG. mizukage is not evading it, and he isnt countering it either, not when his clam genjutsu gets out of the picture, so he dies

--Joki Boy is non factor, especiallly when it doesnt have the range to get to deidara, and when it leaves the mizukage a sitting duck to get killed by deidaras bombs
