Gengetsu Hozuki

Gengetsu Hōzuki (鬼灯幻月, Hōzuki Gengetsu) was the Second Mizukage (二代目水影, Nidaime Mizukage, Literally meaning: Second Water Shadow) of Kirigakure. He was also a member of the Hōzuki clan. As the Second Mizukage, Gengetsu was undoubtedly an immensely powerful shinobi, such that he could kill the Second Tsuchikage — albeit at the cost of his own life. Even when he informed much of the Fourth Division on how to defeat him and attempting to hold back, none were able to overcome his techniques, allowing him to easily defeat a significant number of them.

- Gengetsu is a Single Handseal Specialist and a member of Hozuki Clan. Gengetsu's usage of the Hydrification technique differs from that of the clan's, instead creating a unique oily water instead of basic water.
- Has access to the Giant Clam contract.
- Gengetsu is a noted Genjutsu user, capable of creating a special Yin Genjutsu after summoning the Giant Clam. The Genjutsu described as never ending, the genjutsu can only be bested by defeated the real Clam.
- Gengetsu is capable of using his Oil abilities to use Steaming Danger Tyranny, a chibi version of himself that is capable of exploding repeated when overheated.
Restrictions:
- To make a Gengetsu bio, you need to be at least Academy Student Rank.
- One must be a member for at least 2 months.
