--neither of them could locate each other, mizukage can't locate muu whilst the latter can't locate his clam, however with intel muu can just attempt to outlast the clam summoning by going on the defensive and staying invisible throughout the genjutsu

--once the clam is out, it's jinton GG. Mizukage is not evading it. And him retaliating with joki boy is also not helping him, not when it leaves him a sitting duck for jinton and when muu can still use jinton from a prolonged distance to help him evade JBs AOE
