The Ranger had his purple, white and green shield strapped to his back and started to do some stretches and warm up. He also took that time to activate his armor.

This hand held shield is made of chakra metal which makes it so the shield can resonate with the user's chakra, be it elemental or regular chakra. The shield is shown as whatever colour the user deems fitting for his style. It has taken years of training to perfect utilizing a shield in battle and taijutsu combat with the shield, but well worth the effort put into it. This shield is round in shape and covers close to half the user when blocking attacks, it also has a strap on the backside for carrying purposes. The strap has built in holder's for kunai (similar to a gun strap holding bullets) making for easy access to kunai but it only hold's three kunai in place securely. The main ability behind this shield is that once per Three turns the user is able to infuse the top of the shield with Wind based chakra and by rotating the wind on the face of he shield it boosts the throwing speed and power Rotation of the shield upon contact with a target. The user even has the ability to make the edge of the shield like a saw blade with wind chakra adding a slicing and cutting ability to the wind natured shield. The shield is returned to the user by either rigging it with wire or by ricocheting off of things. The user of the shield must catch the shield by its strap which slightly hangs down while being thrown, many shinobi have said that this was the true form of Rasenshuriken. While in wind state shield mode the iser can use it in close combat as well smash the enemy in the face or chest with extra force due to the wind chakra on the face of the shield.
It also has the ability to block explosive kunai's and up to C rank Taijutsu, while also adding a +5 boost to damage while using the shield in conjunction with taijutsu and any shield developed taijutsu made at into Freeform or actual jutsu's
Restrictions:
+shield throw is A rank in power when fused with wind chakra.
+once per three turns the elemental shield throw and only three times per battle.
+can only hold regular kunai. no explosive tags can be equipped.

The Mandalorian armor is beyond the technology the rest of the world possesses. Even though all armors look different the abilities they posses are the same. As the member grows stronger he gains access to more of the technological advances, having his armor "upgraded". The armor has 2 sets of abilities: passive and active (that take up a move slot and do damage). The armor, being specifically made for the individual is perfectly in sync with his/her chakra system, it flows throughout them and their armor. This was the technological breakthrough the enabled the armor to function as a second skin for the ninja. Not only does it allow complete control over the armor through chakra pulses and chakra control but it also allows the user to release techniques that would otherwise be released from his skin or his mouth, etc from the armor, something that negates any limitation to the users ninjutsu usage, specially elemental.
Passive Abilities:
General
-Basic Protection: The Mandalorian armor is made of strong materials and infused with chakra, granting it resistance against weaker attacks. Free form Ninja tools and explosive tags, bladed weapons and attacks that do no damage (N/A) as well as simple taijutsu attacks (C rank) have no effect on the armor. The protection allows the user to remain undamaged for the most part when facing said attacks but cannot negate momentum or kinetic forces.
Helmet
-Gas Mask: The Mandalorian's helmet protects them from harmful gases, toxins or airborne pathogens. The helmet contains a breathing apparatus that filters harmful external agents in the air, allowing a degree of protection against said agents by purifying the air. In the case of enemy techniques, this protection works up to C-Rank techniques.
-Communication: The helmet contains a communication device linked to all other Mandalorians which uses chakra to transmit messages through great distances. It can even project images that the users sees.
Body Armor
-Heat/Cold and Electrical Protection: The Mandalorian armor, being infused with chakra and made from strong resistant materials protects the user from taking damage from high and low temperatures and electrical damage up to D-Rank. The armor cannot be short circuited but will face normal damage from anything above that rank, with temperature based attacks behaving normally (melting the armor if hot enough or freezing it if cold enough), same as it would with the users body, and lightning based attacks cutting through it.
Active Abilities:

-Enhanced Vision: The Mandalorian armor has a special visor that is powered by chakra, that enables the user to gain an advanced vision that can mimic the motion tracking speed of a 1 Tomoe Sharingan. Beyond the motion tracking abilities, the user gains the ability to see the world through a sort of thermal vision, based on the infrared spectrum. This also allows a limited form of night vision (its use drains 5 chakra points per turn and its activation counts as a move).
-Chakra Sensing: The Mandalorian armor's helmet contains special chakra receptors that allow the user to gain spacial awareness of nearby chakra. This acts as a sort of rudimentary chakra sensing. The user cannot differentiate between different individuals chakra or elements and even assessing chakra levels is very difficult (chakra sensing drains 5 residual chakra points from the user per turn and its activation counts as a move). However, this basic chakra sensing is secondary to the main ability given by the chakra receptors in the helmet which is to monitor the users own chakra flow. The armor can alert the user about any alteration to the chakra flow through visual, auditory or tactile stimulus throughout his body. If the user so wishes, the user can release himself from the genjutsu with a sort of kai but without a hand seal, disrupting the chakra flow by having the armor "jolt" his own chakra flow (30 chakra cost, works on illusions up to A-Rank, usable once every 3 turns, counts as a move).

The addition of taijutsu damage is possible by selectively activating the users peripheral jets in specific points of his movement and according to various situations, capable of adding +10 damage to a taijutsu move and a sudden drastic increase in speed by spending 20 chakra points. To dodge a technique, the user can release a quick directional burst of chakra that can propel him a short distance (Up to 5 meters) in a single direction, achieving a simple linear dash (30 chakra cost, counts as an A-Rank move).
-Vibration Sword: a retractable, short ninjato blade, strapped to the armors back, the sword uses the wielders chakra to create high levels of vibration and use that to increase physical damage. As such, when uses, physical Kenjutsu techniques gain +10 damage. The sword drains 10 chakra points per turn when active.
-Armor Strengthening: As the whole armor contains various chakra motors and enhances, the user can charge the whole armor with chakra to temporarily boost his physical abilities, namely his speed and his physical strength. Being mechanical in nature, the armor can only focus on either speed or strength. This can be done in 2 levels: Level 1 increases speed in 50% or adds +10 damage to all taijutsu. Level 2 doubles the users speed or adds +20 to the users taijutsu. The limitation is the duration and chakra cost. Level 1 drains 10 chakra points per turn, lasting a maximum time of 3 turns, usable thrice. Level 2 is usable only twice, drains 20 chakra per turn, lasting 2 turns.

Standing within mid range Guren loses her train of thought from such a menial display of affection from the man. Truly a low quality toy something likely made in Taiwan.
Let's teach him some manner's, gathering a ball of wind chakra into her lungs Guren focuses on Buzz and proceeds to secrete a ball of wind from her mouth. Floating with great force the size of a oversized ballon.
She proceeds to make her way into short range of the man knowing full well he may evade with his jet pack. She focus's her crystal chakra all around herself and creates shuriken all around her from the water particles in the air. She sends out a swarm of shuriken 15 in a wide array span to where the wind ball was directed and angled upwards as well.
It's up to you now. Will you run or face danger head on, I must warn you this will not be a light cake walk. I tend to play with my food though so you may get lucky if you are not devoured quickly!

Buzz turned his body and raised his right hand revealing the repulsor vent on his palm. He charged it for a moment before releasing a powerful and concentrated blast of energy that tore through the wind and continued at Guren. (B-rank)
Mandalorian Technique: Repulsor Beam | Rorian no Jutsu: Riparusabimu
At the same time he grabbed the Wisteria shield off his back and after releasing the repulsor beam focused wind chakra into the shield and then threw it through the air like a buzzsaw. But instead of throwing it at Guren he threw it off diagonally to his right.

Continuing he made two hand seals and stomped on the ground raising two arms of Adamantine metal. The left arm was created a little bit in front of and to the right of Guren, the right arm was created at some distance behind her and to her left. Controlling them with his own movements Buzz used the left arm to push Guren back with a backwards swipe, while at the same time he used the other hand to swat the airborne Wisteria shield straight at Guren from out of view, striking her.

Should Guren avoid the shield and it continues on its path, Buzz uses the left hand to deflect it again back to himself, where he cancels his control of the hands and catches the shield by its strap.

Stopping after seeing the man send out a jutsu the demolished his wind jutsu and passes through the shuriken with ease. She hear's a ping sound like metal clashing with metal, interesting no doubt he is using Mashiro's shield to flank me with another oncoming attack as well. He should know better I did after all help Mashiro's with her shield training so I do know it's inner workings and style. Not budging from her position Guren simply focuses on a piece of log nearby and substitutes with it at the right timing. This leaves her within short range of Buzz to his left side.
Once Guren is relocated she takes offensive stance immediately forming a ball of compressed lightning. The shield sliced through what once was Guren but was now a log and deflected back to Buzz. He caught it with his left hand by the strap and just as he did he began to hear the crackling of lightning to his left. Wind still swirled on the face of the shield, though it was fading. Buzz turned and replenished the wind on the shield this time creating a brief vortex that guided the ball of lightning toward him. Once it was in range Buzz pushed forward extending the wind covered face of the shield into the lightning pushing the wind forward. The two elements clashed briefly before wiping each other away.

Instead it was aimed at the ground about three quarters of the way from him to her, and it was a wide blast (D-rank). It tore up the ground and kicked up a cloud of dust and debris that assaulted Guren's face, momentarily disrupting her sight and concentration.
Mandalorian Technique: Repulsor Beam | Rorian no Jutsu: Riparusabimu
Buzz explodes through the dust cloud driving his knee straight into the stomach of Guren causing her to double over. He follows swiftly and powerfully driving his elbow down on the back of Guren's head knocking her to the ground and rendering her unconscious.

Not budging an inch from her spot Guren holds her ground and with a grin on her face realizes that the man is masking his taijutsu prowess. She simply channels a strong coating of crystal chakra around her entire body. Giving off little gleams of pink while also being hard to recognize as armour. She see's a figure bustling through the coverage with speed and she readies her arms in an X pattern blocking stance to cushion the blow. Being slightly knocked back Guren becomes irritated beyond belief, she runs her left hand across her right forearm creating a crystal blade.
Without hesitation Guren prances on Buzz she proceeds in a low stance and while moving back in and trusts her right hand upward. The crystal blade making contact with the chin of the helmet would cleanly knock it off or damage it slightly. Knocking buzz back a foot.
Guren strikes her strong femine pose like the ***** she is, stating bring it big boy!
I expected more, sadly this is merely less of a workout then my daily routine. Will you not break the mould that is regular shinobi and show me something that speaks to the soul?

His knee connects, but not with the soft stomach Buzz was expecting. Instead it his metallic armor clanked against the glass-like crystal that now covered Guren's body, knocking her back a few steps. Fists, knees and fists would have a tough time breaking through that shell so Buzz decided to take another route. He reached back behind his head and pulled free his Vibration Sword with his right hand, readying for Guren's counter.
Active Abilities:
Following Guren's movements Buzz crouches slightly with Wisteria in front. As Guren ducks down and comes up with the crystal blade he angles the shield in a way to divert the path of the uppercut ever so slightly. The blade skids across the face of the shield running straight up. As it reaches the upper portion of the shield Buzz flicks the shield a little to give the blade a little extra oomph as it lifts into the air, raising Guren's right arm further and fully exposing her side and torso, leaving her defensless. The lifting of the shield also reveals the already cocked position of Buzz's sword arm. Its reached across his body with the blade pointing straight out to the left. Buzz whips his left arm to the left and rips his right arm back across his body with tremendous force, with the added addition of fire chakra. The blade crashes into Guren's crystal skin while releasing a wave of fire. The heated and vibrating blade are able to cut through the hard exterior creating a gash in her right side, just at the bottom of her ribs. The wave of fire explodes forward consuming her and throwing her back, burning her through the armor.

Having one hand useless was not much of a bother to Guren for she was unique like Haku the ice demon, and could make one handed handsigns. Once her right arm was lifted by the shield her arm lance shattered off from her forearm and left her right side wide open.
She thought quickly and acted, making a one handed handsign and tilting her head to the side a bit and down she let out a "roar" the likes of which normal humans never did. This was because her dragon side take's effect every so often. From the roar released from her mouth a spray of dense crystal shards capable of mass destruction at close range. After her ferocious dragon's breath had been release Guren clutches her side.
I am always willing to sacrifice my body for what I believe in. The question you should ask is are you willing to do the same?

Just as Buzz's slash finishes his slash, Guren responds with a bombardment of crystal shards. Buzz uses his shield to block the initial barrage but it was too much to defend against. Using that brief moment of safety he sprung open the wings of his jetpack and blasted himself into the air, quickly rising up above the crystals and flipping back in the air landing at mid-range.

The face of the shield was scratched and scraped, as was some of his armor. His see-through helmet was cracked in a corner and he could feel blood drip down his left leg, though the nature of the wound he could not tell.

-Chakra Jet Pack:
The Mandalorian armor has a small group of chakra vents throughout the armor. The jet pack uses chakra from the armor's wielder to create controllable jets which can be used to dodge techniques, boosts ones taijutsu or simply achieve flight. The flight is controllable and highly maneuverable though only slightly faster than the users own base speed (drains 20 chakra points per turn, activation counts as a B-Rank move, requires conscious control through mental commands). The addition of taijutsu damage is possible by selectively activating the users peripheral jets in specific points of his movement and according to various situations, capable of adding +10 damage to a taijutsu move and a sudden drastic increase in speed by spending 20 chakra points. To dodge a technique, the user can release a quick directional burst of chakra that can propel him a short distance (Up to 5 meters) in a single direction, achieving a simple linear dash (30 chakra cost, counts as an A-Rank move).

The Kunai floats across the field with elegance that of Butterflies fluttering in the open breeze ready to explode if Buzz moves upward. While still maintaining her composure Guren finds a little strength as she begins to loosen and condensing the soil on four corners of Buzz's position. Up from the ground comes four skewering pillars/spikes, that angle inwards towards the area where Buzz's helmet was previously located. The pillars/spikes attempt to remove head from said armour, leaving a flopping corpse to silently drop from where it stood.

Assuming the kunai that was thrown explodes when overhead Buzz raises his shield to fend off the eruption. At the same time he pulled a tag with the kanji for Shogai from a compartment on his armor and slapped it on the back of the shield along with a thin and barely noticeable wire. Like a herculean Olympian he grabbed the shield and launched its like a discus at Guren, ready to manipulate it with the wire if need be. Once released the seal activates creating a protective barrier that will cause blunt force damage if it collides with Guren.

Assuming the kunai that was thrown explodes when overhead Buzz raises his shield to fend off the eruption. At the same time he pulled a tag with the kanji for Shogai from a compartment on his armor and slapped it on the back of the shield along with a thin and barely noticeable wire. Like a herculean Olympian he grabbed the shield and launched its like a discus at Guren, ready to manipulate it with the wire if need be. Once released the seal activates creating a protective barrier that will cause blunt force damage if it collides with Guren.

Upon seeing Buzz decimate the earth spikes she growls with disbelief. This punk is really starting to irritate me with a dying effort Guren leaps into the air and watches as the explosion unfolds and Buzz protects himself. Seems like his usual tactics, maybe we'll spice things up now that my back is against barb wire.
While in mid air Guren musters her strength and encases herself into a crystal prism. As this is completed she focuses her chakra into the focal point of the prism which is pouting at Buzz. She let's the crystal reflect light and meld with her chakra at the point and upon glowing brightly she forces a shot towards Buzz's chest as soon as the shield is released from his hand.
I cannot keep this up much longer, if you must keep pushing I will likely extinguish my flame and perhaps meet my family in the afterlife. I hold no regrets unless we consider this battle one of them , I would stay true and look for meaning of life through my eyes.
She ponders her final moments of the battle counting her mistakes, there was too many and she was displeased with her choice of self sacrifice. It was the wrong call! She hoped for understanding of the agony that besieged her but felt nothing but dismay, her heart slowing ever so slightly from loss of blood. A puddle of blood forming around her feet inside the prism, a single tear rolls down her left check as she regrets past mistakes.

The blood was getting worse and Guren was growing pale. It was admirable that she continued to fight through the pain but Buzz knew she couldn't last much longer. She raised herself into the air and began to use a large amount of her chakra. It became apparent that this was a final attack. The prism began to gather light as the barrier-clad shield bounced almost harmlessly off the crystal, though it did leave a small crack. Buzz took a stance with his left shoulder forward and sword held in front of his right. In a flash the crystal released a beam of energy in his direction.
To Infinity....
Buzz leaned forward beginning to fall to the earth.

As the crown of his helmet lined up with the incoming beam Buzz combined the momentum of gravity with a sudden push from his legs and burst from his jet pack. He blasted himself directly at the beam and reared back with his Vibration Blade. In a furious roar he stabbed forward with the blade while twisting his body creating an incredibly strong piercing rotation. With the aid of his jet pack it pierced through the beam skewering it all the way to its source. The blade stabbed into the crack left by the thrown shield and with the last of its power shattered Guren's crystal prism.

The hard fall will create speed which is then shot forward by using all of their strength to push off their back foot to create acceleration. This sudden burst of speed catches the opponent off guard as they're not expecting a lazy fall to turn into an extremely fast movement. The swordsman then finishes with and upward slash across the target's torso. If the swordsman is capable, they can add a lightning aspect to this attack by imbuing their blade with lightning, increasing its cutting ability slightly.

-Chakra Jet Pack:
The Mandalorian armor has a small group of chakra vents throughout the armor. The jet pack uses chakra from the armor's wielder to create controllable jets which can be used to dodge techniques, boosts ones taijutsu or simply achieve flight. The flight is controllable and highly maneuverable though only slightly faster than the users own base speed (drains 20 chakra points per turn, activation counts as a B-Rank move, requires conscious control through mental commands). The addition of taijutsu damage is possible by selectively activating the users peripheral jets in specific points of his movement and according to various situations, capable of adding +10 damage to a taijutsu move and a sudden drastic increase in speed by spending 20 chakra points. To dodge a technique, the user can release a quick directional burst of chakra that can propel him a short distance (Up to 5 meters) in a single direction, achieving a simple linear dash (30 chakra cost, counts as an A-Rank move).

The strength generated from this is capable of piercing through armor such as chain mail or even another sword. This can also be preformed using the the hand in a claw position creating a rasengan-like blow that sends the opponent rotating through the air backwards.
