Generations tier lists and character discussions

Is anyone interested in creating or trying to create a tier lists. I know its early but still it would be interesting to see what others have to say about particular characters. I've also seen many tier lists in circulations.

This is one particular (not complete) tier list I found:

So what does everyone think about trying to create a tier list or perhaps just having a discussion about certain characters?

One flaw quickly sticks out to me. Kage Summit Naruto is not considered god tier. I don't use him because of how cheap he is, and admittedly, when I see him used, I see him used poorly but three facts alone is enough to place him at the top, ignoring everything else (Even though everything else certainly helps)

- His awakening mode is close to one of the strongest in the game.
- He has an item, that if not used like a moron, guarantees he enters his awakening mode (The one that prevents flinching)
- He possesses two of the most powerful paper bombs in the game. If you are having trouble in survivor go in with a bomb set and you'll see why this is an issue, when used properly bombs are almost impossible to properly avoid and this can almost take away an entire bar.

Hmm i dont agree with many placings in the Tier list, but would be nice if someone could create a character discussion thread, matchup thread and potential Tier List discussion thread, its a good idea, thanks.

KCM Naruto is NOT that powerful; susanoo, full 8 tails transformation, kisame fusion mode, 6 tails, 8 gates might guy , and many more are WAY more powerful.
