Well blocking his vision would allow you to move to flank the opponent. Also since more than likely they'd use a wind jutsu to blow the leaves away you could use a fire jutsu and use there blocked vision to hide it.

Alright, so how does knowing where your opponent is looking at all all times important in the heat of the battle? Give me an example.

Well if you know where he's looking then you know where his blind spot is and so you can attack from his blind spot.

For example if you and your opponent are facing head on you can blind him or block his vision then send a shadow clone to flank around to his blind spot and the fire off a tech so he won't see it.

Particularly pertaining to the Byakugan, it is important to attack him from his blind spot, as it is near impossible to sneak a jutsu on him due to his 360 vision.

Well it can be put onto a kunai. Can be place on objects. The purpose is to cause an explosion. A good way to use them is to have them explode between you and your opponent blocking there vision so they don't see the follow up attack behind the explosion.

Alright, that is just one way.
Allow me to emphasize a bit more.

• Remember what I told you about zoning and cause and effect? How would throwing a kunai attached with a fake explosive tag affect your opponent in both these areas?
• Let's say you are in a scenario where you and your opponent are locked in close combat. How would you use an Explosive Tag?

Well throwing a fake one would cause them to move because they wouldn't know its fake. So lets say by throwing three of them at the ground in front of them they would jump backwards where you could have something waiting for them.


In close combat you could slap a fake explosive tag on them so they will stop attacking you and try to get it off. Or too slap a real one on them and get out of the blast radius so your not caught in the explosion.

Alright, for this next jutsu, once again affect my clone and make him believe that you have disappeared.
However, follow up with having clones of yourself appear from the ground, surrounding him. Then, as he begins attempting to strike those very clones, mimic his movements and defend, and every time he hits you, have the clones multiply. <- Explain the purpose of this.

*I start by sending my chakra into your clone. Then using my chakra to make the clone see that I've disappeared. As i disappear your clone sees clones of me come from the ground around him. As your clone reacts and trys to strike the clone in return mimics him and as your clone hits my clone it splits into another clone. As your clone sees the clone that was just made he try to strike it it mimics your clone. And again when your clone makes contact with my clone it spilts again. Your clone does this over and over tell there dozens of clones surrounding your clone.*


The purposes of the multiplying is to confuse the opponent. Also they will be so preoccupied by the clones they want have time to react to another attack.

Well the opponents brain wouldn't be able to comprehend how the clones are multiplying thus frying his brain.

Anyways, a psychological impact would be the stress, which would cause their blood pressure to go up, which would then give them labored breathing and muddied thoughts. It's important to keep things like this in mind because Genjutsu is designed to harm the body mentally, after all.

Description: This illusion creates numerous illusionary clones of the user that appear to emerge from the ground, trees, rocks, etc. If these clones are attacked, they appear to multiply. The user can co-ordinate his attacks with the clones to make it appear as if they are real.

This next move haves you taking over my clone's senses once more. Have him believe that swirl of leaves (replicate the sound and the effect of this) has surrounded him, and will obscure his vision.
When it fades away, show him his greatest...

*I start by sending my chakra into your clone. I use the chakra inside the clone to make him see leaves swirling all around him. I then use the chakra to make him hear the leaves and to hear a slight wind blowing. As the leaves die down i make your clone see Gai in a speedo* O_O

Fear can shut down the rational side of the brain. It can stop the opponent from moving due to being paralyzed from fear. Fear can cause one of two reactions, fight or flight.

Description: The user performs two handseals causing it to appear as if a swirl of leaves surrounds the opponent. The swirl eventually falls away, and after a few seconds, the opponent sees the image of whatever they fear the most, shocking them and potentially causing them to faint.

This next jutsu is very basic. It is basically the "Kai", which is a general way of releasing yourself from Genjutsus. By concentrating on your current flow of chakra and then spiking it suddenly (think of it like a sugar rush), you are able to disrupt your chakra and thus breaking you free of anyone else's hold on you.
Try it now as I cast a Genjutsu on you making you believe that you are in utter and complete darkness.

*As i am cast into complete and utter darkness and considering i could see only moments before i know that im in a gen. I then concentrate of my chakra. As i do i spike it so that it causes the gen to be broken and i can see once more*

Description: The user does one hand seal to focus and then proceeds to disturb his chakra flow by forcefully stopping it momentarily and then "spiking" his spiritual energy, unbalancing his chakra. This dispels any genjutsu set upon the user except MS Eye Techniques, Paralysis-like Genjutsu and Demonic Illusion: Toad Confrontation Chant. The effectiveness of this technique is dependent upon the skill of the user. A Jounin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to C-rank. An S-class ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to B-rank. A Sannin rank ninja (and above) can dispel Genjutsu up to A-rank. The user may use this technique through physical contact on others to dispel them from Genjutsu.

You would also need to form a handseal, so you will technically be unable to do this if the Genjutsu paralyzes your hands too.

This next jutsu is somewhat of a psychological warfare. Once again, cast your chakra upon my clone and as he walks down the forest path near us, make him believe that he is walking in a straight line while he is actually circling around and around.
