After running a few hundred laps around the training grounds, I run a couple hundred more for good measure. Then immediately dropping to the ground, I begin to bust out push up after push up at an alrming rate. Before you know it, 500 push ups have went by...

That was a great warm up!

Nownownow, what do you know about the leg weights?
The leg weights contain a special sealing formula making them only usable by the person they were made for, as well as allowing for the weight to be adjusted heavier or lighter. By training and battling with them on, one gets accustomed to moving around swiftly with additional gravitational pull, and after one has become acclimated to wearing them and move around like normal, dropping the weights will cause an increase in run speed as well as additional damage to taijutsu involving the legs.

Rushing towards the clone, I pause as I reach in front of it doing the seal of Confrontation, as a small tear runs down the dummies cheek...
I apologize in advance Peng doppelganger..
I then assume a classic south paw stance, my right fist open handed out in front about chest high and left back near chin level with legs both pointed towards the dummy right slightly in front of the left with the knee's slightly bent. My defensive stance is rock solid, damn near impregnable...but of course dummies don't attack silly you reading this whomever's out there, so I then dash forwards torquing my hips counter clockwise and push off my back leg as I drive my right fist into it's midriff turning slightly then pulling the arm back slightly, curling it into a backhand smash to the face, while turning a 1/4 more, now back facing the dummy as I drive the same arm elbow first behind me to the dummies gut, reaching above me with both hands grasping the dummy by the head and flipping it over me onto it's back on the ground in front of me, and begin to chain punch it in the face using circular punches that go forwards and downwards very quickly, delivering 6 blows to it's face in a matter of a second before hauling back with my right foot, driving it forwards in a sweeping motion lifting the clone straight upwards in the air, jumping and torquing my body clockwise I raise my knee, snapping out my foot at the end delivering a jumping right spin kick that sends the clone flying forwards to mid range as I use the substitution jutsu to change places with a spec of dirt that was in the air behind it, appearing facing it from behind I put my hands together interlocking the fingers raising the arms to the sky, pounding downwards with a double axe handle smash that sends the dummy to the ground in a thunderous kabloomy...GG dummy...breathing rather heavily, I give the dummy it's last rights and a moment of silence...
I want you to know dummy, it wasn't you, it was me...

Description:
The Leg Weights used for Special Taijutsu Training with Added Weights are made through the application of a sealing formula to ordinary leg weights. The sealing formula is used to, through the use of chakra, increase the weight of the leg weights to the desired level. The seal can't be applied to anything other than the leg weights and its use is restricted to its original purpose. One can remove the leg weights but the sealing technique in them stays active indefinetely and can't be released. Additionally, the Leg Weights and their unique seal calibration makes them only usable by the ninja to whom they belong. They can't be sealed or stolen.

Here. Try them out for a while. Play with them, kick with them, run around with them. How do ya feel?

As the weights are sealed, I stand there feeling the additional pull on my legs, but it's not all that bad feeling...until I attempt to lift my right leg to take one step forwards that is. Almost falling forwards on my face, I can't believe how heavy the weight feels. I attempt agin adding more muscle to the movement, taking a small step forwards, then another with the left foot just barely able to lift my feet off the ground and slide forwards before it's forced down again, slowing moving across the field. I begin to focus my breathing, adding chakra to my movements and limbs helping me lift them a little bit more, though not enough to run or jump yet. Walking about 20 meters, I stop and slowly turn around, breathing in I draw back my fists clenched palm side upwards at my sides, and begin to walk punching in tune with each step, torquing my wrists 180* with each strike into forwards jabs, then again as I draw them back to my side while they other fists thrusts forwards....

After strenous hours spent punching the air and walking around getting used to the weight, I had started to get a better feel for it, able to lift my leg about waist high kicking, walking back and forth relentlessly and front kicking with each step, one leg after another. Doing do, I walk back and forth over a long range, kicking harder and forcing myself to lift a little higher with each kick. I then take a small break getting some water, before beginning again. For another hour, I continue to kick forwards like this till I'm able to lift both legs about head level...

After a small rest period, I was back up and at it. This time I began to jog laps around the traniang field, doing so continuously throwing small punches as I go and building up a steady pace. the weight beginning to feel more comfortable and closer to normal but still a ways to go. I begin to run as fast as I can, sprinting back and forth at a slowed rate, then once I get moving fast enough I start to do front hand springs, using my hands I plant to help lift my legs up and over my head as I land in stride, running again and repeating the process. Once I get done doing this for a while, I stand in one place. I begin to leap upwards lifting my legs as high as I can. Small leaps at first, working and working feverishly they get higher and higher, till Im able to jump pretty decent but still not up to a standard Sage rank shinobi...
I can see this is gonna take some time...

A streak of dust appears in the distance moving quickly towards the training grounds, coming to a screeching halt, the dust kicks up like a smoke screen. As the dust settles, Vegeta becomes visible, and is jogging in place while punching the air, then raises his right hand in the air..

Okeydokey take off the weights pls.
Reaching down, Vegeta grasps the straps of the right legs weights and undoes them, then repeats on the left, lifting them both chest high out to the sides with his arms outstretched, before dropping them to the ground with a thunderous rumble, the ground shakes slightly as dirt and debris kicks up into the air..
I've never felt so light. This......is INCREDIBLE!!
Vegeta then jumps straight upwards into the air, several meters high like he was light as a feather before landing back on the ground..
Your gonna pay now Kakarot! Who's got the 4 tails bio?

having dropped his weights, Vegeta runs over to the training dummy with blinding speed, and as he reaches him he drives a sweeping right kick to the dummies left shin, and in the same motion raises the leg up driving forwards with a right crescent kick to the dummies head as he spins counter clockwise, planting on the same right leg as he has turned 180* and leaps off of it into the air while still spinning, driving a crushing jumping right spin kick to the dummies face once more. As he lands, he leaps again but this time raises his left knee up and extends his left leg in a snapping kick as he torques clockwise, delivering a left straight kick to the dummies face and spins fast driving a back right heel kick in almost the same motion, both feet hitting the dummies face one after the other. As he lands, he begins to smash the clone with right and left side kicks to the chest over and over a total of 6 times each with amazing legs speed. Vegeta himself was having trouble following his own legs speed as he kicked, and couldn't believe how limber and quick he felt...

How's that?

Description:
The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. As a result the user gains a drastic boost to his running speed (doubles) and +20 to all his Strong Fist Kick-related moves. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nulified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on eachother.
