Is this the plant stem that the mazo is sitting on top of high above or is that actually the mazo?

So from here as well u can see how Zetsu got formed, because the bodies hanging out of the stems are exactly like Zetsu

u can barley tell but i think hashi zetsu are connected to gedo mozou

that isnt gedo mazou, thats just the flower that was below gedo mazou which hasnt blossomed yet
