You think Sharingan can control the Juubi? Can you show me the page where it's said? Do you think it was nothing that Tobi needed the Rinnengan to be able to control Gedo Mazo? Do you think it was nothing that only Nagato(another Rinnengan user) was the one who could control Gedo Mazo? SO6P had Rinnengan or Sharingan? And even with Rinnengan we've seen that the control is not perfect(Tobi had difficulties to control the 5tails for example, so controlling the Juubi won't be that easy).

So no, Sharingan can't do a thing to the Juubi. Only with Rinnengan you have a chance and only if you are skilfull enough

Where did he said he used tsukiyomi on the juubi to begin with? From what i know, he said he would use Juubi to cast infinite tsukiyomi and that's different.

Also Tobi wasn't even talking about a normal tsukiyomi but about infinite tsukiyomi and infinite tsukiyomi =/= tsukiyomi. The power scale between the 2 must be huge. Like the name says it must be "infinite" which is not the case of a normal tsukiyomi that only last 1second
