Moriah might join the alliance on the way to fighting Kaido. He holds a grudge and of course if he could take his shadow i.e. use others powers being Luffy and Law vs Kaido in the big fight (which is exactly like him) then he could become a very powerful villain in future. I wouldn't be surprised if he back stabbed either.

If Absa (Absalom) is around and made his return via being mentioned I don't see why the far more important Gecko Moriah wont come back.

Moriah holds a massive grudge against kaidou which makes me think he will ally against him but luffy would probly not want to with moraih, BB on the otherhand is recruiting most likely since its a thing that he might pick up atleast aokiji, that seems like the best aliance for gecko since who else would want him? and theres only two ways to survive in the new world.
