Oh, that's easy, try removing a bit of the edges of the render with a 65 soft brush (depends on the size of the render) with low opacity. Or duplicate the render layer and smudge the sides.

I usually duplicate the render and add a gausian blur or a motion blur... but smudging sounds better xD
