Drawing is cool as hell, but I wouldn't like for it to be Luffy. Especially since it looks so much like Super Saiyan. Hopefully Gear 5, if it exists, will focus on Life Return.

Well I'd like it to be Gear 5th if the hair stays black.

I've notice after most enemies, luffy take a trait from the previous guy and applies it to his own.

1. Crocodile- mizu luffy and gommu gommu no storm
(Water for weakness and storm paralleling sables.

2. Moria- nightmare luffy and beta stage gear fourth.
(Borrowed Shadow vs borrowed shadow and shell shock luffy expanding his upper/lower torso like Asgard Moria)

Perfect shell shock luffy over timeskip to later be named gear fourth (increase in torso and arms by inflating muscle instead of bone)

3. Doffy- Red Hawk burns the flamingo a little bit but not enough and gear fourth.

Since we know the preview of poundman in thriller bark, the next huge opponent will have to fight some little trait that Doffy used but critiqued to a rubberman's standard. I'm calling an awakened devil fruit next.
It's the only thing luffy can adapt from Doffy in their last fight.

He will learn to awaken his fruit during his journey evolution, but right now he hasn't shown the limit of his training to further advance.

G5 will be full body Armament Haki and he will be like he ate the Mera Mera no mi, as he will be on fire instead of steam, I also blv its the last Gear and being on fire should do it, when steam becomes too hot it can somehow create fire, so yea fire punches should do, combination of Armament haki and Fire, Luffy gears are the once to make him more stronger than most opponents, and if he gains his awakening it should be the worst kind to the GURA GURA no mi, as he may change the whole landscape to rubber and Earthquake won't be effective to it.

His awakened state should also create punches that are on par with KING KONG punches, using the environment to his advantage, Luffy Gomo Gomo No mi, may be the only Devil Fruit to stop Earthquakes if the sorrounding can turn to Rubber, I also blv Blackbeard stole that power so Luffy may be the only one to be able to defeat him, at marineford it looked like no one was able to counter whitebeard devil fruit, so luffy might be the only one to counter that devil fruit and once BB finds that out he will want to kill LUFFY before he awaken his true power.

Gear 5 will be yonko level move most likely, I personally think that gear 5 will be the last gear.

Minimizing the amount of haki that is being used, perhaps.
